We are staying in Southern Cross And dont drive today, we stopped to make this find. It looks like the Tree that held all the CDs is well and truly gone, and now they are sadly just rubbish on the ground. We found a lovely big ammo tin which is safe and dry and we have added our name to the log. Thanks KrabiBoy Domsky

Out and about again, massive day out starting super early and doing some wheatbelt caches then heading to Southern Cross. Stopped for some food at the roadhouse and then continued to Kal and Kambalda, then back to Marvel Loch to catch up with the Aurora Ranges posse.Found a variety of hides and in different areas which made for a nice day. Found on a beautiful morning. So many great caches along this road. No trackable though. TFTC.

After spending a few days in Gawler it was time for to drive my mums (well my car now) from Gawler back to Perth. This was day five travelling from Coolgardie to home in Balcatta on a 5 day 3,100km adventure. There are hundreds of signs saying do not drive tired so geocaching helped with that.I trucked on across the beautiful scenery grabbing many caches.It was a nice cool beautiful morning and i headed out of town to grab some caches to the north and back into town to grab a couple then headed west grabbing lots of caches on the final leg of my adventure.This was a very quick find. Thanks for the cache Krabiboy.

Another day on our trip through Western Australia. Today we traveled from Coolgardie to Southern Cross. We saw a lot from the "Golden Pipeline Trail". Nice Campesites and Damms and Rocks. We played also some Lab Adventures.
Thanks to all owners for the caches and the LAB.

On a big road trip to Perth - Brim, Paruna, Murray Town, Kooma View Farmhouse, Penong, Nullarbor Roadhouse, Mundrabilla Roadhouse, Caiguna Roadhouse, Norseman, Kalgoorlie and Wave Rock. Today we are travelling from Kalgoorlie to the quaint little town of Westonia stopping along the way to pick up a couple of caches to break the journey and stretch our legs. The cache was a quick easy find and we took 2 TB's to enable them to continue their journey but we did not see the CD tree . TF placing this cache here for us to find on our travels.

Quick stop here. Had lunch and cache.

Heading west for one mintue of moon shadow. This is one of stops on a long journey.

Road trip with Neva2old and sharing many laughs along the way. We spent our 1st night in Southern Cross where we joined forces with Beaker to continue our drive to Kalgoorlie to set up camp for an event. Then off to Queen Victoria Springs with a group of 4x4 adventurers to camp under the stars.
I love this part of WA - great to be back here again.

We never saw the cd tree but we saw some broken scattered ones and a discarded porta potty.

Travelling to Coolgardie, we decided to stop for lunch close to this cache. I found this one very speedily, which was good, because Muggle Husband was hungry, and he gets grumpy when he is hungry.

Day 4 of my trip to Geraldton to see old friends that aren't traveling too well aiming for any adventure labs, earth caches and virtual's and of course any others that appear on the radar.

It looks like the roads mob may have of cleaned up the CDs as there were none here today which was a shame because that would have been something different to see. Here it turned into a nice easy find in the second place we looked and we have now added our name to the log. When travelling by myself I enjoy country music when travelling with Diane it's a mixture of the 60s and 70s normally.

Looks like the CDs are gone, but if you are heading west this is a good one to stop at because as at Sept 10, you are about to hit about 50km of orange cones and roadworks. Plus, everyone loves an ammo can. ThanksKrabiBoy.

The final day of our drive to Perth and whilst it has been enjoyable doing all the caching over the last few days, it was going to be nice to finally reach our destination. With everything organized, we were on our way again, stopping at plenty of caches along the way. There were a lot of nice little country towns along this part of our drive, and the section from Coolgardie through to Perth is one that is worth taking the time to explore at a leisurely pace. As the day wore on, we finished up with the caching side of things and made quick time towards our destination. Another enjoyable day of traveling with all caches found in good condition unless otherwise stated.

This was my Find 24 for today out of a Total number of 28 Finds and 0 DNF for for this Caching Outing. The cache was found in Good Condition and I signed the log and returned the cache as I found it.

This find brings my total number of Finds to 5193.

On the homeward leg of our epic Holland Track adventure picking up the odd smiley here and there. Some of the crew had gone their separate ways so it was only myself, Allied_OZ, ChickenHawk07, Kyzabra, and rudi63 traveling as a group now.

Today our tour - which began in Perth, WA , and led us thru Western, Northern and Southern Australia back to Perth, was simply driving from Kalgoorlie-Boulder to Hyden.

On the way we came to some interesting locations. Here we searched, found and logged this Tradi-Cache.

Weather was good in the morning and it should even get better during the day.

Thanks to 'KrabiBoy' for showing us this location, for the fun we had with 'Compact Discovery' and for the smiley. The search here and today didn't take too much time, fortunately.

Leaving WA, today we travelled from Mukinbudin to Kalgoorlie.

We managed to pick up a few more caches along the way. This was our first unfound along the way. Cache in good order. We listen to lots of music on our travels. We actually have a compilation of 500 or so songs on random.

It goes from Dumb ditties, to Michael Crawford, Jimmy Barnes, John Farnham to Tina Turner. You never know what your going to get. Lol.

Found the cache ok but no tree loaded with discs. At GZ there is a solid trunk that has been chopped. Across the track there is a thin tree with a handful of discs. I suspect the former was the intended tree. I left a disc with Goldfields audio stories. And for the record we listen to Johnny Cash when on the road. Because we listen to both types of music. TFTC.

After leaving our overnight camp at Karalee Rocks, we continued to wander eastward with ilook4geo. There was no problem in finding most of the caches and we enjoyed the golden west territory. Some surprisisng features came to light today as we noted where the caches took us. It was another hot day and we tried to be as quick as possible in searching. Each found log was signed ans all was replaced as it had been found.

Fifth day of our 'loop' of the3 Wheatbelt checking out the wildflowers and grabbing some cache3s along the way. Big day today with 300 klm return drive to basically grab a WanAus puzzle cache. This one was just a few klms further down the road to collected it as well. Thanks KrabiBoy - container in good order.

Found the portals, a number of broken CD bits, and the cache. Like others, no sign of tree.

Stopped to grab this one on the way home from Kalgoorlie, looked for the disc tree but soon figured out it was gone. Found the cache in good condition nice and quickly.
