###**CACHE OWNER ACTION REQUIRED PLEASE**###
----------
I've noticed this cache is carrying a maintenance log which really does need to be addressed by the cache owner.
The guidelines indicated that periodic visits to check on the cache, as well as prompt attention to any logs that indicate there is a problem, are part of the [**cache owners responsibilities.**](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines#listingmaintenance) If you can't attend to the issue promptly, then you need to [**Disable it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=235) - I have Disabled it for you this time.
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

This geocacher reported that this geocache should be archived. A community volunteer reviewer has been notified.
Doctor Owl and I stopped here to have a look for this one and noted previous DNF's and a needs maintenance. We too could not spot any container so think it is time for this one to go.
Had a look after watching my granddaughter play netball but nope couldn’t see it. I think I know where it should be but nope here.
So many caches to find in the area around Murray Bridge but with recent hand surgery it was decided a relatively easy day was the go grabbing just a few local caches on each side of the river between the Bridge and Wellington. A delicious lunch was also enjoyed at the Wellington pub
This was our first cache for the day and unfortunately we couldn’t find the little critter.
Thanks anyway argentrandall86

Thanks for the cache argent randall. Ghosty7 had done a super job on maintenance. Book and cache is dry. I have relocated it to the protected side of the tree and added camouflage. Should be good to go
It is a lovely old tree, however cache needs maintenance, the container was a quarter full of water, log completely waterlogged, emptied and dried container, have placed temporary log and a handful of swaps . Have let CO know.
Found during a caching circuit heading out to Kulde Road, back to Tailem Bend, Wellington and Jervois for a mid-afternoon to dusk scenic drive. Found the cache easily enough but the contents and logbook were saturated and unfortunately too soggy to sign. Thanks for the cache argentrandall86!
About an inch of water in the bottom of the container. Log was soggy too, but I managed to add my stamp.
Thanks for the cache argentrandall86.

TFTC. We had taken the ferry across the Murray to attempt the OZ Mega 2014 series. Along the way as we passed other caches we stopped to find them. A quick easy find. Definitely a tree worthy of a cache.
Quick find on a very hot day. Made a run to get our daily find to keep our consecutive run of successful caching days going. Log was a little wet. Nice size container, but devoid of any swaps, and I didn't have my caching supplies with me to re-stock. Signed log. TFTC.
On my way home from a very long drive, I thought I should break my drive and grab this cache. Spotted quickly, signed log and finished my drive.
Thanks
Thanks
On a trip to Barossa Valley for a motorcycle event, I found this cache. tftc.
Wish we had been travelling in the other direction as it would have been easier to park. We did find a safe spot then a short walk to GZ where the cache was located. Thanks for the hide.
Suscoe headed out today for a delightful caching wander around Meningie, Tailem Bend and surrounds.
Delightful sunshine, lots of caches and quiet roads helped us to enjoy the day.
Thanks to argentrandall86 for this cache.

Hi there argentrandall86.
We found your cache **"Peter Piper"** at 3:28:00 PM today. (This makes our find count 16296).
We started the day off by travelling to Wellington from Horsham. Then we nominated a cache some distance away from our camp site and then took a route that was mostly determined by the next closest cache according to our GPS. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip around the area & ended up finding a variety of container types, and sizes hidden along our route.
We found 11 caches today & DNF'd 0. Thanks for placing the cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The cache was soaked, we spent some time drying it out, but it still needs some "Owner TLC".
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards

Out and about for work and decided to break up the grind with a few caches, luck this one had a zip lock bag as this container had a decent amount of water in it. Not sure why. Made sure it was closed nicely when I left

Picked a picked pepper ...
Cache had fallen out of tree, so placed somewhat precariously in middle; may need replacing in correct spot by cache owner.

Out caching on a run to Coonalpyn with three of the Forest Farmers. Had a great day and this was an easy find. Thanks
Found before some of the others were out of the car. A good start today. Thanks
I, too, love a good peppercorn tree and this one didn't disappoint. On our first time down this road it was a nice highlight. Thanks for the hide. Log is a little damp.
Found It!

After a weeks holiday in Adelaide it was time to head home. We did the tourist thing and headed this was to cross the Murray on a ferry (kids loved it)! A nice easier find here on the way. Many thanks
After a week away in Mt Pleasant for the Lightforce Rally SA, it was time to wind down and get a couple of days of caching in. TFTC.
Today we decided that we needed to clean up some of the caches that are not right on the highway that we drive pass each time we head into Adelaide .We nearly did not make the trip today, the alarm was set for five am but it was raining so the decision was made not to go so back to sleep we went. When we woke again it was overcast but not raining, decision made, lets go. This was a good decision as there was not a spot of rain once we started our hunt.
We have always loved these trees. The beauty of them when the red berries are on and the perfume when you grab the leaves, just wonderful. SL TFTC

Returning home after a few days fun, frivolity and caching capers in Mount Gambier with Locus Cache, Clare007, CPwanderer.
Took the ferry at Tailem Bend so as to be able to stop and grab this cache. A quick find for me as I was the correct height on approach.
Thanks argentrandall86 for the hide.

When you are offered a 3 day trip with 3 fantastic geocachers, well NO isn't an option
Hence I spent 3 days around Mount Gambier with Brisal5, Clare007 and CPwanderer and we were joined for some of that time by Mogni and Sabsypat
Only 2 DNF's and 62 finds made for lots of laughs and we also found ourselves in lots of prickly situations amongst the blackberries and the forests.
Obviously the rhyme just had to be sung!
If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, then where's the peck of pickled peppers that Peter Piper picked[?]

Found with Grumpi68. A nice easy find on the way past. Thanks Argentrandall86.
Is this the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked? What sort of tree produces peppers that are already pickled anyway?
A quick find on our way through the area today.

Quickly located the cache! Nice to see a good sized and well prepared hide! I parked in the driveway as the solid line marking had me worried about just pulling up on the roadside. No sign of Gizmos pathtags. Thanks argentrandall86 for the hide!!
Saw this one published last night and resisted the temptation to go in search of it then.
Thought surely it would have been found while I was at work today.
Needed to go to Murray Bridge after work, so took an alternative route in order to stop at this cache on the way.
Surprised to find a blank logbook. *FTF* at 15:53.
Took FTF prize and left a pathtag and extag for future finders.
