It has been more than 28 days since the last owner note.

4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache
The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.
If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Obviously gone, no response by the owner who has not found even one cache, maybe a sudden whim with no interest in continuing.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention.
I am temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 28 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 28 days to keep everyone up to date or the cache will be treated as an abandoned cache and archived without further notice.

Up here for the day to get the nearby series and some other caches in the area.
I too couldn't find this one, not very many places outside the fence. [?]
Thanks anyway skips101.

Did not find at all. Second time I've looked for this 1 I'm pretty sure it's gone.
Only one cache to mark of the list in Roseworthy so a visit today to fix that issue. Searching many possible spots turned up nothing. we expected the tree to be on Gartrell Road but the only tree was on private property overhanging the fence with a few suckers along the fence line. The only thing we did see was a native 4 legged lizard thing hiding in the undergrowth. Another cache location that is not favoured by us as it seemed to be just outside private property that could be watched over by the owners. Many vehicles passing by and looking at us also put us off. By the last couple of logs of DNF's it would not be surprising if it had gone. We might put this on our watchlist and if it is found we might have another look.
Quick look in the dark, no luck today. Seemed to be on edge of someone's home.
Going blind from working to long I think.
Thanks for the challenge skips101
will place on the watch list and return asap!

An Owl and a Rat went out on a sunny day.
To test the new Owl mobile.
a quick find by the scurrying Mrs Rat. TFTC

Owl needed to test out the new owlmobile on some dirt roads so collected Mrs SA Sewer Rat for some fun and caching. Owl isn't so good on the physical stuff at the moment, but Mrs Rat was kind enough to do the scurrying to the cache.

Heading back to town after working nearby and saw this pop up on the map close by to the route back. Made the slight detour in and parked nearby and wandered to GZ. Found the cache on the ground. Retreated back to the car as a muggle in the adjacent property came out to watch so engaged stealth mode, signed log and reassembled. Wandered back to GZ and replaced the cache in the tree, hopefully where it should be.

First for the day on our big northern loop and it's always good to start with a find .
We were fortunate enough to find and replace the cache before the traffic started to roll around the corner [8)].
There was a time these were called a micro . TNLNSL.
Thanks Skips101 and congratulations on your first cache hide.

A late night find on the way back from the Stockport new turret opening. It was a great night topped of by a cache find. Clear skies!
29th February only comes in four years so it's (another) good day to cache! Busy little corner though . TFTC
This cache was one of a number found on my way to Adelaide from the Riverland.
We had a great time - thanks for your cache.

Heading home after a huge day caching in the Mid North with CPwanderer & Clare007...
It was an eye opener to drive through the area that was ravished by the Pinery fires...so close to some houses others not so fortunate...thank goodness we have great dedicated firefighters to do their best protect us & our property.
It would have been nice to know the significance of this "tree" being "The Gartrell Tree" but alas not to be...

Firesafe asked yesterday if I wanted to accompany him while he did maintenance on the APM series after the Pinery fire.
Get out of the house, be driving dirt roads, catch up with firesafe and all on day that was expected to be good weather.....of course I said no.......Umm, yes
After replacing many of the series we wandered around the dirt roads and hills of the lower northern rural area enjoying the sunshine
By the time we got back to Harry, parked at Krispy Kreme at Bolivar, about 5pm I had found 10 caches
Firesafe saw it first but since he reckons being short is good as it's easier to bend down and get into bushes.....he stood back and watched as I retrieved the cache
Congratulations on your first cache hide
