Sadly this has been muggled multiple times in its current location. I'm sending this one to the archives to give someone else an opportunity to make a hide in this area if they wish - it's a location with spectacular views that deserves visitors.
Meanwhile, my nearby cache "Jimmy Newell's Other Side" is still active - it's a bit more effort to get to, but well worthwhile if you have the time and agility!

It looks like this is muggled ... yet again! I'll have to reconsider how best to keep this cache here, to ensure it's ongoing longevity. It's a beautiful spot and deserves visitors, but I'll have to find a way to make things more muggle proof.
Found it very quickly, but the view is amazing and I never even knew about this place. Found with Tank_Squad, TFTC
A simple little cache to draw you to a lovely location. Thanks Albany Canucks.
Due to the drizzle no muggles about - I was only car in the carpark. Quickly spotted the container and recorded my visit. Thanks Albany Canucks
Found it today together with Rudolfonso.
Without GC I wouldn't have come here.

Road trip to Esperance, by passing some friends and family along the way. Have a hole week off to enjoy time away from work and all the stress. Picking up caches along the way. Tftc sl tnln.
Went to check on the cache today, and sure enough it was gone, and the entire area had been cleaned up. A replacement is in position, and it's ready to go again. Just be sure to make sure it is well covered when returning it to its spot.
Thought we'd try in case it had been replaced. No obvious hide. Next time! Beautiful outlook though, thanks.
Post by owner: two DNFs in a row might mean it has been muggled again - will be back in Albany in a week or two and hope to check some time soon.
Unfortunately this is our second dnf at this beautiful location - despite using the hint there was no where we could spot the cache or the hide!
Hope it hasn't got muggled!
Thanks for encouraging us to come back to this great location - always nice to seek out one of the many beautiful spots Albany has to offer

DNF. We unfortunately did not find this cache. We will look again next year when we visit.
Thought we’d already done this one but wasn’t logged so decided to do it again just in case!!! Great view
A beautiful day in downtown Albany Today so a trip to quaranup was in order with kiwinic, i think we have found this one before but we have now found and logged it TFTC
Visited while exploring with some overseas rellies. Great view from the lookout, and a worthwhile stop while exploring the area.
Got it, on a blustery day. Saw some yellow tailflowers on the walk to the lookout
Day Four in Albany, WA. A bit of a grey day, but mild and no wind, so Bettyboo3747 and I just toured to the south of Albany, randomly doing caches that had nice walks.
The area has greened up again nicely since the fires. The view looks just like the photo - a great blue in the water, and some fantastic rock formations.
Thanks, Robmc.

#12567. Day 3 of our WA holiday and our last full day in Albany. Another grey day but fairly mild and good for walking and seeking out caches. We ventured south today around the coastline so got some great views and enjoyed seeing the emerging spring flowers along the roadside and in the bush. Managed to find 14 for the day before heading back to our accommodation at Middleton Beach.
A spectacular view from the lookout today. Fascinating rock formations on the far side and such emerald water. Lovely. A quick find and sign of the cache and after reading about Jimmy we continued on our way.
Thanks Albany Canucks

No reception left me "clueless", but seeing as we were there, I asked myself where I would have hid it and voilà there it was tftc
Cache had been muggled, and a replacement is now up and running. Its hiding place should be less obvious to muggles, but more obvious to geocachers. Please make sure it is well covered with rocks after returning it.
TFTC a quick find along our journey. Cache exposed by grass cutting. We recovered it but not well rotected.
Stunning views from where you will find this cache. Albany has put on the perfect weather day for us today.
At last. After 2 previous visits trying to get this cache, I can now place a smilley on the map. The old cache was missing at 2 other attempts. Thanks Albany Canucks for placing a new cache in this beautiful area. TFTC

Out for a drive on a rather dreary day and hadnt picked up a cache in about a week so dropped in at Jimmy Newells.
Wind was rather strong and had to duck down when I made the find to take shelter from the wind being forced up the landscape so I could sign the log.
Noticed a few internationals had signed in as well, including a covert attendance from Kim Jong-Un at some point.
Thanks for the cache Albany Canucks.
Cheers

Last find for the day, this is my second try at this one. Geoboyfee found it first go today, can't beleive I hadn't looked there already! ^.^
Spent a couple of days in Albany checking out the sights and grabbing some caches. TFTC.
Great views

Have been to this location a number of times to find the old convict or deserter cache that was once here but never found! Was a bit of a different view today with the swell rolling all the way into the inlet! Thanks for placing this cache after the original was burnt! Cache still in good condition thanks for the hide!
We weren't game enough to do the 'other side' today as we watched from the relative ease of the lookout as a fisherman made the steep descent and then scramble back up a way as he he'd taken the wrong route . A great place to enjoy the view and the adventures of others. TFTC
My first time back out this way after my hairy, yet sucessful hunt for 'Jimmy Newells other side.' What a glorious day too... not a cloud in sight. Found the cache straight up, yet sat up there for about half an hour, feeling quite entertained as I watched 3 guys make their way down to the inlet with all their dive gear and rods.... they certainly didn't take the easiest route! Thanks for taking me back out here.
Care needs to be taken to hide well due to its proximity to tourist movements. An easy find.
Guided up here by the Sneaky Dragons. So sad to see such a beautiful park destroyed by fire.
Cache easily found as it was in clear view. We rehid it in the same place but covered it much better.
TFTC.

We found the one that was here previously, which got taken by the fire late last year. It says it's fairly obvious but this was in plain sight of muggles. So we signed the log with #Team Thorny Devil and hid it a bit better, still obvious to any geocacher TFTC
Out for a day of geocaching around Albany before heading to Perth in the morning.
This was the first of the day, a few pics were taken before heading on my way!

It will again in a year or two I s'pose
But hey !! It is still a speccy view, even if it isn't green

On a maintenance run, stopped in to sign the log on this cache. Very quiet up on the lookout today. Always a great place to stop and admire the brilliant view. Nice to see the vegetation greening up again too. TFTC Albany Canucks.

This cache is one of several that I placed in conjunction with the Birthday Bash being held in Albany to celebrate the 15th anniversary of geocaching in West Australia. I'm very grateful to many WA geocachers whose geocaches I've enjoyed finding over the last 5+ years, so placing this geocache is one way to say `thank you' to the geocaching community.
It looks like someone found this cache by mistake on 27 February, after I'd placed it but before it was published. So if there's a name in the logbook with a February date, it's not the official FTF, which is still up for grabs as of the anniversary event.
