A Sunday drive with the Muggle Wife up north of Kapunda and surrounds. Her interest was the wildlife and stopping at sacred sites and other points of interest to read plaques and enjoy the scenery. Mr Adder also admired the abundance of accompaniments to roast potatoes and gravy.

All caches were in good condition unless noted otherwise.
.
Another quick find of another of this series in an obvious location.

I did not make it to the early morning CITO but a spur of the moment decision had me meeting up with gridge98 at Mawson Lakes to head up to Eudunda to find some out of the way caches that we both had not found. I left home at 7:30am and returned at 8:30pm after a big day with 49 finds. We did a big loop finishing in Kapunda and I think this was a record for me with the number of multis found in a day. Cool

We stopped off here and headed to where the GPSr was pointing, but no cache. [?] Read the hint and widened our search and found the tell tale SPOR and very soon had the cache around 13 metres away. Big Grin

Thanks for the cache farmer--brown. Smile

13m north of GZ!

We came past here after a detour out of town. Upon arrival nothing could be seen so made our way along the fence line and found the csche 13m north of the post co ords

Cache and contents are all good

After an early morning CITO on Anstey Hill, I met up with JJ52 to go caching for the day. With not much of a plan other than to cache around Eudunda for the day. We went from cache to cache finding 49 caches for the day and ending up in Kapunda after a big loop. A lot of middle of no where/back roads with 2 brown snakes spotted on our journey.

Thanks for the cache

Roadworks here meant I had to leave the geomobile blocking the road while I searched for the cache [:o]
Not a problem !! There's no traffic out here today Razz
Alas !! I couldn't find the cache Sad
But that could be because I didn't search far enough from GZ,
as mentioned in an earlier log Red Face

Fingers crossed the cache is near the fenceline,
the roadworks might get it if its over the other side !!

Brodie and I went for a lovely drive tonight Smile
Headed out after tea and returned later than expected due to a flat tyre at Riverton Surprised, which I had to change despite my exceedingly sore arm, as it was far quicker than waiting for the RAA Wink
Only problem was that the wheel nuts had been done up so tight that I had to stand on the wheel brace to release them Twisted
We managed to dodge all of the heavy rain, thankfully Cool, and find 10 caches over all including a cache with more than 10 favourites for this year's GC.com August mission [^] and also a FTF to really start the month of August off well! Cool

Unless mentioned otherwise, please know that your cache and log book was in good condition.

I think I had found all the other Near Nick's caches so it was good to find this new one! Smile
Especially since.... Woohoo! *FTF* Cool
I took more coords which may assist other geocachers as my GPSr read the coords as being out by about 12m Surprised
Coordinates: S34° 01.425 E139° 02.148
Thankfully the hide stood out really well so that helped me to find this cache Smile
