Hi there maximus1978,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention.
You may recall having received an automated email from Geocaching HQ which explained what you needed to do.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so the cache is being temporarily disable - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713)
**You do need to respond to this enquiry in some way within 14 days, so others know you are on top of it, as well as indicating exactly what is happening with this placement - please don't let a lack of communication scuttle this listing.**
#What should you do now:-#
You have a number of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:-
- **Check On The Cache:-** Visit the cache to check, repair, replace or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the logs of praise to roll in.
- **Place A Write Note Log:-** Reviewers are not mind readers (more's the pity), so without your note on the cache page explaining that the site works are on-going, you have been in hospital, the area is in flood, or some other reason that has prevented attending to the cache, they can't tell what is going on.
You need to post a note to the page (within 14 days) explaining the situation and when a Reviewer next looks at the listing, all will be fine for a little bit longer.
Be sure to indicate **the actual date that you expect to have it fixed** so that everyone knows you are on top of it. If you have a long term unavailable cache (where you don't have an actual date) please **post a Write Note log every 4 to 6 weeks,** so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- **Adopt/Archive:-** If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another Geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of the above. Well, when the cache is next checked by a Reviewer, if the issue has not been addressed, or there is no acknowledgment as requested above, it will be assumed the cache has been abandoned and processed accordingly.
Honestly, it's better for you to decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.
Thanks for your cooperation,
Bunjil

No lights helped us find this cache today and it seems a couple of teams before us had trouble as well. Looks like the lights have disappeared and a visit from the CO is in order. We spent quite a long time here and widened our search considerably. No sign of a container anywhere.
In good order and condition love looking in all my hides still looking in good nick and ready to find
What’s a long weekend camping trip without finding a cache or ten?
Would be a whole nuther story to be doing these at night, reading each one as we approach gz.
Btw... Did the young girl not pay for her fuel?
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache, maximus1978

Out to grab a few local caches before visiting the Rodeo.
Almost reached out the window for a drive by on this one. Would be a good series at night with these spooky stories
Thanks maximus1978 for the cache.

After a fabulous few days in the High Country up near Mansfield we are coming back through Alexandra on our way to Healesville and of course there is always time for a few caches along the way.
Nice quick find on a lovely country lane. Too many spiders and spiders webs though. TFTC

#4373 A gripping story until the end! Thought maybe the story would end with the guy in the truck asking for payment of the petrol, lol. A nice quick find once at gz. TFTC and another spooky story!
As a member of TeamOZCAT logged in this cache, I am now logging as an individual predominantly to avoid any mistaken/unnecessary revisitation.
Under groundspeak guidelines, this logging is acceptable as I was indeed at Cache GZ in person in recent times. However, all cache owners have the right to delete logs as they see fit. Usually done to "Armchair loggers" or inappropriate texting.
If any cache Owner/s have questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact.
TeamOZCAT logged finds when both Karen and Reg logged as individuals. This logging is exactly the same, only in reverse. Again, groundspeak acceptable.
For an unspecified period of time TeamOZCAT are no longer cache searching but remain active in our cache management and maintenance.
I sincerely thank all CO's and wish you all the best in your endeavours. Cheers Karen

Many cache owners are already aware: As per Groundspeak guidelines, I am claiming find because physically found under TeamOzcat. I undertake this not for disinterested statistical purposes, but because of inability to revisit this cache, and/or because it's so damn confusing when viewing the local district geocache maps. I sincerely thank all CO's for time and effort in placement of their caches. Cheers Reg.
Having a caching partner like Reg, you are living with the paranormal every day. Loved this set of caches
TFTC maximum1978 & Jojobeenie. Thank for placing it for us and your maintenance. TNLN
Suscoe was heading home today but not before we found a few more caches in this area.
It was a cool start to the day, not as cold as yesterday and Eildon was covered in a good fog.
It soon cleared after Thornton and the rest of the day was sunny.
We have enjoyed these few days up in this beautiful area of the state.
So many parrots, cows, trees, hills and streams.
Thanks to maximus1978 & jojobeenie for this spooky tale and this hide.

An absolutely creepy story, one that I am thankful I read the series descriptions post-visit to the area. Nice, simply hide. TFTC
Geodad went out of the way to search for the cache, and it was discovered hilariously right next to the car! Really enjoying this stretch of road. Thanks for placing these caches here!
Today I took a muggle OK so I guess now with a premium membership that she is offically a geocacher [^] out on her 1st geocaching trip
Finding our 1st cache at 15:53 [?] as I'd needed to stay in Shepp long enough to allow a Canberra geocacher to borrow my kayak to find T5 Temptation before I could leave [^], hence the late start.. and our last cache at 2:32 with 13 finds and only 1 DNF made for a loooong day [|)][xx(] with our return to Shepparton at 04:00 [|)][xx(]
Both Rex and River were exhausted too [|)][xx(][|)] although they'd been better at sharing the back seat than most kids are
We saw between 50 and 100 wombats , heaps of roos and 1 silver possum crossing the road Thankfully Harry avoided them all! [:X][^]
Due to the Carnival Challenge on GC, I was targeting some favourite heavy caches that I had not managed to find at the Alexandra mega and had a blast revisiting this lovely little town [^] with some happy memories of Brodie being here too when I had done the Lake Eildon Geo Tour [:X][^][xx(][:X]
I also managed to remedy a recent DNF on cache at Merton thanks to the CO doing maintenance [^] and both the new geocacher Tinnele and I assisted a local geocacher with some maintenance [^], where we could
Seems Tinnele has magic fingers [^] and can crack a lock when needed
So pleased that no spooky lights and men with knives were seen tonight[^], although the cache was seen [^]

Out here in the 'twighlight zone' along Grannies Lane,
it was bright sunshine
Not a spooky car in sight
So I got a hurry up and found this cache,
before something spooky did happen

Found while on a quick 3 day break in the area to visit family.

Glad all was quiet on this country lane today. No horns or bright lights. Thanks maximus1378 & jojobeenie for the story and cache.
Spooky Stories indeed. We were here on the long weekend to grab the gadget caches and decided Grannies Spooky stories could be on the agenda as well. I read this story aloud while we were driving between caches and I couldn't help thinking that if the girl had just gone inside the servo and paid for her petrol, the old man could've just told her some creep just jumped into your car??? Thanks for the caches maximus1978 and for the entertaining stories.

After the success at Taggertree Crustyvarmint, Keefe & I thought we would try to do a few more caches around the Taggerty area. Thanks for your help Crustyvarmint. As we were passing by to do another of Clever Monkey's gadget caches. TFTC.
Holidaying in the area, the plan was to get as many of the AX17 fish puzzles and gadget caches as possible.
After lunch, with the in-laws staying with us, I had to get away for some piece and quiet. An interesting story that I've heard before from another source.
Cache was quickly found at 5 pm and was almost reached from the car.

As we were still in the area after attending the Mega event, we decided to add some more happy smiley faces to our caching map around Alexandra. With it being very hot today, we did not do as many as we would have liked.
There was no problem locating this cache and all was found to be in great condition. Thanks go to maximus1978 & jojoBeenie for adding to our caching experience.

After attending the MEGA event on the weekend, Snickersallan, RoddyC and I continued on our drive around the area today to find some caches we missed over the weekend.
Had just found the CMGC cache nearby and we decided to stop for this one.
This one was found easily, SL then returned cache to its hide.
It is only now while logging this at home that I read the description for this one. An interesting story. Sometimes while out caching you do not really read the description only interested in getting the cache. Great location.

The Mega had finished but BettyBoo3747 and The Morris and I had an extra day for a bit of caching at Alexandra.
We did mainly Gadget caches and few traditional's on the way.
Great story, No lights behind us in the cold light of the afternoon.
We had the cache delivered by the passenger - didn't even have to get out of the car - how good is that!
Thanks, Robmc.

#13859. Day 3 of our Alexandra trip. Tripped out this morning with Robmc and The Morris to try to gather up the last of the Gadget Caches and a few others that appeared on the radar.
The first of the 3 Spooky Stories along here - this is a spooky one for sure. Glad we didn't do them in the dark! If I had longer arms I could have reached this one without getting out of the car. We are at the tail end of a myriad of Mega logs from the weekend.

Second day of the MEGA weekend and a chance to grab the caches around the Mt Disappointment area and the Gadget Caches. TFTC.
A fairly late decision resulted in myself and 1 party of the FurfacesLL clan headding south towards Alexandra Event. After working during the day Friday, the drive down Friday night felt never ending. We had a great 3 days stomping around Alexandra and surrounds putting our scribble in many caches.
2nd day of tromping around Alexandra and surrounds finding plastic containers
After having some dinner, was time to keep on caching under the cover of darkness. We were reading these stories out loud while driving between the caches, at night time, spooky spooky !!! No issues with the cache find fortunately

Attending the Alexandra Event and collecting as many caches as we can between attending the smaller events, checking out the towns and scenery and having a great time. Thanks to all the wonderful COs for placing and maintaining these caches.
What a scary story. Very well written, had me completely absorbed till the finish. Probably have nightmares about it tonight!
We travelled out here along Grannies Lane to do the wicked gadget cache nearby, where we met up with another young geocacher who told us about this series. So glad he did, he joined in with us, and he and dalerious had located the cache, and signed it, whilst I was still enthralled with the story.
Having read it, and now driving along the same road, I am pleased that you brought us here to see the wonderful views, and very glad that I'm not travelling here after dark. I told Muggle Hubby to let the other car go in front, I don't want anyone following right now.
Thanks for another great cache, love the extra work you two are putting in to make geocaching even more exciting in this area.

It was a last minute decision to attend the Alexandra Event so after work on Friday Rapidlywild and I headed down through a couple of storms and heaps of lightening which put on a great show.
We found a few caches around the place before heading back home on Monday.
Day 2 had arrived and it was back on the roads collecting more yellow smileys.
After collecting all the AX17 puzzles and stopping for some dinner we decided to head out again under the cover of fading light/darkness to collect some more.
Started reading this cache as we were heading to it, on second thoughts thought better of it till logging it now.
Signed, replaced and on our way to the next.

After collecting all the AX17 puzzles and stopping for some dinner we decided to head out again under the cover of fading light/darkness to collect some more.
Started reading this cache as we were heading to it, on second thoughts thought better of it till logging it now.
Signed, replaced and on our way to the next.

A quick and easy drive by while we were in the area. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
A wonderful day spent with GemmaSistema as we traveled from our homes to Kyneton before jumping in together to continue to Alexandra and the Mega event, a loooong day as we managed a huge collection of cache types, caught up with friends, explored an area I had not visited before and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I love seeing the flags popping up and getting random toots from fellow cachers passing by as you are knee deep in a bush.
Thanks to everyone for their contributions! Looking forward to the next one!

Heading on our way to the Mega event. Told the wife “I’m popping to the shops, see you in a while” go go go! Need to find 18 cache on the way to log the Mega as 19th and my 5000 cache. On a mission today, should be fun. TFTC

Today was the second day of the Mega Event and I was priviledged to join "The Mob" again, this time consisting of Maccamob, Alansee, Micaparamedic, Team Crackers, Good Look and The Coffees. However, this was just done by Alansee and myself, as the others were heading off to the Mega closing ceremony.
My thanks to maximus1978 & jojobeenie for the cache.

I wasn't sure if I could attend Mega this year with lots of other things happening in life but a plan was hatched close to the date with becca85 to leave the kids at home and do a girls day trip. My day started with leaving home not too long after 6am and meeting Bec en route. From here we travelled stopping for only one cache before hitting the "mega zone".
We caught up with people at all the events, and at caches which is always nice as you get to meet so many different folk from all around Australia. We found some really awesome gadgets caches (which we are bad at), some amazing scenery which I really want to bring the family back to, and we laughed all day long.
I had a fabulous day clocking up plenty of finds. Thanks so much to everyone who contributed to the day. The cache owners, organisers, volunteers, and my geo friends who helped me with puzzle solving before the event! Thanks a million - love the geocaching community. See you all in 2018!

The second in this series we found. Cleverly hidden from view of most people, but easy for a semi skilled cacher! TFTC
6864 Found by baby&Mrs gopher in company with Hercs&pinky and au.fait at 1020 on travels around Alexandra. A most enjoyable day of caching with a stop or 2 along the river track and meeting other like minded cachers doing the same as we were. SL Tnx maximus1978 & jojobeenie
The man ahead was leaving as we stopped but this one was a quick find. Would not have travelled this track if not for the caches. TFTC
Found on the second and last day of the Alexandra event. Ithis was a quick find. TFTC.
WeRAmused and I found this one on the way home, at night, in the dark. No ghosts, just a wombat trying to get run over, fortunately missed it. TFTC
What a great way to start the weekend of the mega by finding a few local coaches. A nice day for finding caches and testing out the new geovechicle on these dirt roads. Another good find in a familiar spot. TFTC
What a story! I'm so glad we came out here in the daylight and that I brought two strong men with me hahaha. If we had have parked a little differently we may have been able to reach this cache without getting out of the car. We made a quick find and a had chat with a previous finder who was heading back the other way. Thanks maximus1978 & jojobeenie, I'm glad I had spare underwear [:o)]
I’ve been bad. Attended the Alexandra event last year and I’ve left all these finds in my draft folder.
I spent the day with Ronice at the event. Thanks for the company and assistance in finding these caches along the way.

Found while attending the Alexandra Event, had a great time caching around the district and catching up with friends. Had fun solving the AX puzzle series. Thanks maximus1978 for the cache.
We headed out this way to grab a few caches while we were in Alex for the Mega, this was a quick find and we were on our way again looking for the next.
thanks for the cache.
After agreeing to go to my first mega with Goose of Gooseandegg it was soon clear it was to be a big trip to the mainland from Tassie, after both our wives declined to join us for the trip we started our planning picking out a few caches that we should work on before we headed over Bass strait, puzzles and wherigos were where we needed to start.
Many many hours were spent on puzzles and getting ourselves to locations so we could work on a couple wherigos took its toll on our cars and in my case my body.
Three weeks before the Mega me and Mrs SSRat were out caching in the northwest of Tasmania, and I fell and broke some ribs so for a bit the Alex trip was in doubt, in the end the trip was on but tree climbs were out of the question.
In the end we had a great long weekend finding some great caches and filling in couple of missing dates for our calendar’s, thanks to all the CO's for putting and maintaining all the caches we found.
