### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED PLEASE** ###
----------
Hi there leoch00ks1,
This cache has been flagged by Geocaching HQ as a cache that **MAY** need some attention. You would have received an automated email from Geocaching HQ recently which explained what needs to be done.
Unfortunately, nothing seems to have happened, so I am having to take the next step and temporarily disable the cache - see here: [**Geocache Health Score.**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) .
**Can you please respond to this situation (or indicated your intention) within 14 days,** so others know exactly what is happening with this cache?
You have lots of choices so pick the one that applies from this handy list:
- Check on the cache, repair and/or replace the cache or do whatever else is needed, post an [**Owner Maintenance log**](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) indicating the cache has been checked and [**ENABLE your cache.**](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) Then sit back and wait for the praises.
- If you really hope to get it fixed but there is some unusual reason why you can't do it soon, then at least post a Write Note log (within 14 days). Be sure to indicate the actual date that you expect to have it fixed so that everyone knows you are on top of it. For ongoing issues (where you don't have an actual date) please ensure you visit the page and post a note every 28 days so as to keep everyone up to speed.
- If you don't plan on fixing it then you could consider passing it on to another geocacher by asking them to [**Adopt it**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=54) or alternatively, you need to [**Archive it,**](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=56) so it is removed from searches and someone else can have the spot. Don't forget to remove any remnants of your previously enjoyed cache too.
You might wonder what happens if you don't pick one of those. Well, if nothing happens, then a few weeks from today, when I next look at the cache page, it is likely that I will, unfortunately, have to de-list (Archive) it on the basis that it has been abandoned.
Honestly, I'd rather you decide, so please do something before then. Please don't send me an email but instead follow the information/advice posted above.

Found it, but the cache is in very poor condition. It will need a new container... photo just for reference because it just looks like a piece of rubbish...
Found by The Empire with Snap Happy
An event in Camperdown this morning brought a few diehard cachers to the area, Snap and I decided to head out to Terang and Noorat and check out what was to offer out here. Thanks for the cache leoch00ks1, bit of a mulched logbook but a cool location.

Logging these caches in a different order to collect the correct clues for GeocachingHQs latest promotion - Mystery at the Museum. Now I'm hunting the jewels that were stolen from the museum - this cache had one!

Grabbed along our travels in this great country. No container but located the mushy log as per photo. TFTC leoch00ks1.
Caching with Washboard
Looked for this cache this morning without luck then checked with a previous finder who told us where to look. Definitely MIA.
Looked for this cache this morning without luck then checked with a previous finder who told us where to look. Definitely MIA.
Found it. Log book severely damaged in clip lock bag. Could not write on log as too wet. Have taken photo
Most logs indicated the coords being out and despite an extensive search we couldn't find it
A quick find by the second youngest geokid on a visit to family in Mortlake and Cobrico . Stoped at Terang for lunch and decided to get a few caches around town.
Found with 4MAAL at 3:10pm as we had a break in our journey in Terang. Had to be a bit stealthy as a tribe of schoolkids passed by and waved at us from above. Coordinates seemed to be a few metres off, making it a bit harder to find.

I did the Terang loop track after work today, went off track a few times and almost got lost along the way but grabbed some caches as I walked. First one of the walk...had to circle buddy times and checked a few spots before locating the right one. Tftc.
The first of 4 local caches that I looked for. Met the Noorat P.S here and helped them find this one.
Lovely to see kids being introduced to this activity and lat and longs
Thanks

On my way to Torquay with my niece and newphew for a few days of relaxing, siteseeing and of course geocaching.
We enjoyed our hunt here in a beautiful location. Needed to explore to find cache, GPSr wasn't all that helpful.
Thanks to leoch00ks1 from mogni

We only had time for one more cache and this was it. Took a little search. Very interesting spot along the walking trail.

I was in Warrnambool today for work and decided to drive the scenic way back to Ballarat! Found easily enough after seeing something that looked likely but coords went in circles under the trees here today. Many thanks for the cache.
Quite a sneaky cache. Taking my tribe about for a day of exploring. TFTC. The Raudino tribe. X
Our only stop while travelling from the great ocean road to the Grampians. While the geowife was getting some coffee I was able to grab 2 caches on a very promising walking track.

It is hard to believe "The Parkville Event" Victoria's 4th MEGA is just 7 months away. Many people are working hard to ensure another great weekend - 17 & 18 November - lock it in now!
A quick instinctive find as we made our way to the pre Mega event in Warrnambool.
**Feedback To CO** This guy is in need of a more formal log sheet, rather than an old envelope please.
Satellites today had our GZ 12 metres SW from where we found the cache.
Thanks 'leoch00ks1' for placing these caches.

Day 2 of our honeymoon trip in the caravan as newlyweds. What else do you do on a honeymoon but go geocaching as husband & wife of course, and camping too. Today’s longer leg took us thru the bumpy roads of the Princess Hwy to my old stomping ground of Portland, overnight at the Caravan Park.
Easy walk down the blue stone steps, missed the last boat though. I think they took off before the water dried up. First place I checked the prize bestowed me.

Nice little walk down to this one. We read about the stairs at the bottom. Wow, it's amazing how old they are.

Time to head home from a few day's caching and diving in Portland.
BettyBoo3747 and I collected a few caches on the way.
We did part of this track on the way to Portland, and stopped in for another on the way home.
A nice walk down the steps, but we were looking in the wrong spot to start with.
BB spotted the hide, and we trudged back up. Our last cache for the trip.
Thanks, Robmc.

#14214. Our stay in Portland is over and it is time to head for home. We hope to pick up a few caches as they appear on the radar - not too many as it will be a long trip today.
We did one of these on our way to Portland on the other side of the golf course so we have detoured for one last cache on the trip home. Those steps are interesting and somewhat hard to see at times being so covered in leaf debris. We were searching on the wrong side of the track before I decided to take note of someone's log and then I had the cache quickly to hand. Signed and returned and now we must move right along.
Thanks leoch00ks1

I really enjoyed reading the history provided on the plaque. Before finishing reading it, I turned around searching for the lake. Nope, I was sure that I had not missed it, and indeed I had not! Great location for a cache. TFTC leoch00ks1
Night time walk around the walking track. Device had us on the wrong side of the path, until we widened our search. TFTC
Well I wandered down the very unkept steps to GZ to quickly locate the little container. SL and away.

Up this way with geokid1, so I took the opportunity to find some of this series. A shame a couple have been archived. I have actually walked the full loop of this track once before. Cache was soon found. TFTC leoch00ks1.
While on holidays in Warrnambool we headed out for a drive to check out the district. Took a moment to work out where the cache was until i checked something that looked out of place. And just as i was returning it a muggle couple walked by along the track but we exchanged pleasantriesand we went on our way. Tftc in a nice reserve.
After a quick flight,
I landed at GZ
Where I soon had me nose in the trough,
and a cache found

Continuing my journey through Victoria to pick up caches for the Victorian LGA Polygon Challenge & Victoria Country Road Atlas Challenge. Manged to get another 2 maps ticked off and 6 LGA's. TFTC.
TFTC leoch00ks1. Enjoyed the stroll down the ancient steps to discover GZ not far away.

Loved the huge bluestone blocks of the historic steps which led me to this sneakily hidden cache TFTC
Enjoying a drive in the district with the added bonus a few unfound caches. A great spot to stretch the legs while adding our team name to the logs. Interesting old artefact.
Thanks for the placement.
Thanks for the placement.
Ms FV had a workshop in the area today. The rain and wind certainly killed the enjoyment that would have been great yesterday with the perfect spring day. However, todays hunting to grab these caches has been planed for sometime so just do it.

Found an old envelope in my bag for scribbling notes. After cleaning away the paper mache, left a clean piece of paper in the cache as a log.
Log is absolutely pulped.
Super saturated.
Bad location.
Moved to opposite end of trough.
Will need maintenance.

Took a while but managed to find it. No film container, just a sealed plastic bag.
Cache has been seen to and missing container has been replaced. In working order now.

This cache is temporarily disabled due to suspected being muggled or damaged. I will be fixing this cache as soon as possible
Found by Mary & David at 1433. We'd forgotten just how beautiful the avenues of trees are here in Terang. We were delighted to see the signposts proclaim the town as associated with Historic Trees. Took a while to find this one. Finally found it a few metres up hill from our indicated GZ with help from a previous log. Our thanks to leoch00ks1.
It sounds like this cache need maintenance. I will be fixing this once I get back from overseas, will be fixed early February. Thankyou for those who notified me of the problems.
Suscoe and Bushfire dropped by here today.
ZIp lock and log sheet under a rock but no container.
The Co might like to check this one soon.

Suscoe headed out today to the Western District in the terrific company of our good mate Bushfire.
It was a beaut day for caching with the temperature not breaking through the 22 degree barrier all day. In fact at times it was quite cool down this way with the southerly wind keeping things mild.
So with the Red Ant, the Squirrel and the Hedgehog in fine fettle we enjoyed a wonderful day of caching and wandering the roads of the Western Plains.
LIke the previous finder, this was a little strange.
There is a zip lock under a rock with a log sheet inside.
The CO needs to check this one out and provide some TLC we suspect.
Thanks to leoch00ks1 for this hide.

A couple of days ago my good friends the suscoe cachers invited me to accompany them on a long trip deep into the Western District to add a few more smiley faces to our profiles. Well you cannot knock back an offer like that so very early today with the alarm set the ageing Bushfire arrived at their doorstep early for a change.
With the bits and pieces loaded into the fairly new wheels it was off West to see what we could find.
A wonderful day to be out and about not too hot but at times the breeze was a little cool.
Camperdown was the first cache for me today and is a town I have been to and through many times but after finding the cache it was off to Darlington hoping for a FTF on a new cache that was placed a few days ago.
On arrival we were on the wrong side of the fence so to speak but that was soon rectified and the hunt started but we were not getting very far when my mate suscoe called for a small stick to help in his search so giving him my special prodding stick that I have carried for a few years it is still somewhere near one of the hints "Stumps".
OK we are now in Terang and having a look at this trail but this one had us a little confused but we think it is sorted but the CO is required to check this guy out.
Thanks leoch00ks1 for setting this trail up.

Found mid-morning with the geo-son during a circuit of the walking track by bike. There was just a log under a rock and nothing else so we wrapped it in an ice block wrapper (all we had on hand) and placed it back in the same place. Many thanks leoch00ks1
No container. Logbook found and put under a rock near GZ (assumed). Needs CO to check.
Ok, there was no container and the logbook was just blowing in the wind in the grass a number of metres from what we believe is GZ. The log was put under a small rock behind where we think GZ was. Will put a needs maintenance on.
I don't think we are the first to find. There were other names on the log. Although they looked like new geocachers. The logs were quite messy and no dates were recorded. We have driven through Terang so many times and never walked this track. Thanks so much for bringing us here! We enjoyed the walk and wondered what happened to the lake?!
