Thanks to FMZ for organizing this great event. Awesome to catch up with some old faces and new ones...cheers (Roger (V).
Had a busy evening planned with liketips and themexican but we made a trip out here to at least drop in quickly and say a few hellos before heading off again. Danke!
Nice to catch up with some of the Westies and to meet some new faces too. Thanks FMZ for organising.
I wasn't about to let the threat of a cyclone keep me from my first event, and the cyclone didn't even come to Auckland anyway. evilno9, TheMexican and I made our way to the kebab-ery to meet some fellow cachers before the long Easter weekend really got started.
Best kebabs I have had in a while. Nice to catch up with familiar faces and newbies, lovely to meet you Mr & Mrs Georick, shame the others left whilst I was ordering the all important food. I bet the venue was happy with their upturn in trade. Thanks FMZ for organising.
Thought the bad weather would see us missing this event but all calm tonight. We really enjoyed the evening meeting many of the names we have seen in logs and caches around the countryside. Thanks for organising this FMZ.
I was not sure , if I will be able to make it because of my work place accident 2 days ago. Thank you very much Gorby for picking me up and Jags for dropping me. It was nice catching up with all. Thank you FMZ for organizing this.
Third Kebab event of the day! Thanks Chris for putting it on, great to catch up with all there.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
Arrived after the CO had left unfortunately. Sorry mate! Brought my brother adam_argent who's over from the motherland to meet some overseas nutters. Had already eaten so just had a ginger beer and a chat with the regulars who were still loitering. Selfie to prove we were there! Thanks for the abra kebabra cache!
We battled the elements, and made our way to GZ, to earn not only a souvenir, but a smiley too
Thanks for the event FMZ.
Lovely to meet other cachers: 3 events in one day, that has to be some sort of record and possibly a challenge cache too?

Myself and harisree were the first there, we weren't sure though we had the right place since the manager didn't know of any booking for a group, so we sat and waited to see who else might show up and sure enough ones started coming along. We huddled the tables together and started yakking and eating. More people showed up and I'm sure the kebab people were very happy with us all eating there. Nice to meet you GeoRick and wife. Good on yer Glyn for popping over, 3 kebabs, 3 events!
Cheers Chris for organising.

Thanks everyone for coming along and supporting the Donerstag movement... and getting your Donerstag souvenir!
Groundspeak have produced some souvenir geocoins for Donerstag events. KiwiCachers have put in place a mechanism to order these. If you are interested, please follow this link:
