Travelling with iluvtrekking on a SA caching foray. Moving from PA to Clare today and caching along the route. Thanks Tk2
Indeed, I needed this for my counties numbers---------------------Quick trip to SA for the leap year mega, just spent one night in SA but managed to get everything I was after. I focused on my missing counties, oldies, challenges and virtuals, though I did also stop for some Wherigo's and Letterboxes on the way, despite these types being massively cheapened by the massing spamming of them.
Quiet day on the roads so not too many muggles around made it easy for a quick grab log and return tftc!
Day 3 of my short Geocaching weekend. Today I left White Cliffs Reserve zigzagging along the way finding what caches I had not found and ended up stopping in Yongala for the night.
By the name wasn't expecting anything here just under a bush or rock but made me laugh when I seen the sign.

Adelaide to Port Lincoln Road Trip!
Day One: Gumeracha to Quorn.
Weather: the rain held off, even south of the Goyder Line.
The first find of the trip. The reference to numbers was not what I was expecting, but it did make for a quick find. I’m still acclimatising to the geochariot for this trip - see photo.
Thanks for the cache Tk2.
It’s officially a Mega!

Day 7 of our initial "grey Nomads" trip heading north for 4 months. We departed Echuca and after completing some Vic LGA's, crossed into SA and headed north to Loxton and now on to Sedan.
After a couple of bad days early this week after a break-in at our farm, we are on the road again heading towards Port Augusta, then on to Kyancutta for the JLWE events.
Found quickly.

Very pleasing numbers. Strong container meant it had not been damaged by the recent mowing. Tftc
Jamestown to Yacka
While towing the caravan we stopped along the highway where it is safe to pull over.
Once we had dropped our caravan at the camping ground we did a tour of town following the geocache trail. This was a good way to visit town for our 1st time.
We found some interesting locations & some wonderful hides.
Thanks for placing the cache.

Another cache found on our 2022 South Australian Adventure and another very chilly, blustery day. We are rugged up well and off hunting down a few caches along the way. This was a nice quick find, perfect for such a day.
We are enjoying our time travelling SA, fantastic towns, ruins, beaches and cliffs. Our thanks to all the COs for taking us on this geo-guided tour.

Catching up with a missed log from our trip last year.
Heading home from WA using geocaching as a guide and an excuse to stretch the legs. With so many caches to do I am mainly concentrating on Earth cache's virtual's and adventure labs because you know you can do those even if the area is full of muggles .
We were driving passed this one so of course had to stop, because it is all about the numbers,
What we didn't know at the time we found this cache that we would actually find over 6,000 caches in 2022.
Thanks for placing this for us to find Tk2

Visiting Auburn to catch up with SpudBex. Today we headed off for Mr Felix to ride his bike along the Mid North Channel caches.Of course we had to stop before and after, [:o)] all in all we ended up with 52 smilies and 1 bee sting from a cache we ended up not attempting.
More spots that we would not have visited without Geocaching taking us along for the explore.

Found it, and gave our travelling companion his First Find! One very happy camper . Thank you.
So we were all set to fly to Dayboro for the Queensland Mega this weekend. There hadn't been a case in Qld for a quite a few weeks before we decided to book in early Feb. What are the chances of a case causing a lockdown and closing the border we thought..So when it all did happen just 4 days before we where due to leave, we were royally peed off. So we had to cancel and find somewhere else to spend Easter. Pt Broughton was a last minute choice. Yesterday we pulled up stumps and headed to White Cliffs campground to join friends for Easter Sunday/Monday. Had a great afternoon /evening with spit roast meat and potato bake with exotic cheeses! Today after most had left apart from Chrispy89, we decided to leave early (we were going to stay until Tuesday morning to avoid the traffic) so we packed up camp and cached our way to Yakka . Chrispy89 had left at the previous cache to head home, while we headed into Yakka to clear out the town. This was a quick find on the way home TFTC
Off for a drive with Jack and Sebastbat, masks on, sanitiser at the ready, and miles from anyone's hot spot! What a great day for it!

A long weekend away with sir_spectre in the Flinders Ranges. We had each been here before and strangely had few double ups so some revisiting was in order to try to get our maps similar. The weather threw everything at us but we just made our plans suit the conditions. Lots of 4WD and walks included.
