I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings - esp for a location as pretty as this ... IT'S AN EX-CACHE, IT IS NO MORE, IT'S PUSHING UP THE DAISIES, IT'S SNUFFED IT! The house ghost has had to move on as the house is no longer there. I will attach photos to show what I found. BTW isn't this private property?

17-Apr-08
Nice and easy once I'd remembered the clue. A bit eerie, but at least it was daytime.

**The log is running out of paper and I didn't have any on me**

03-Jan-08
Didn't have to hop, jump or swim. Just went in and took it. Left a dinosaur and took a pelican.

Found this one on our holiday trip while discovering Kangaroo Island.
The weather was fine and caching down under was great fun for us.

No possums, no ghosts, no dead or alive ducklings, no bull! Found with local muggle friends who think this geocaching stuff is pretty fascinating! TFTC, TNLN

29-Nov-07
Found at 1610. No electric fence - the gate was open, no bull and no possums. There were dead ducklings in the bath tub!!!! Creepy - found the cache and couldn't get out of there fast enough.

07-Nov-07
Di was the finder - her first treasure ever. The possum was not there at that time. The day was warm, the best weather of our 3 days on KI. This was a bonus due to our ferry being delayed. Took nothing, left spoon. The last KI treasure for a visitor from Sweden.

05-Sep-07
There is a possum living above the cache with a bladder problem, you have been warned.

24-May-07
Great spot, took stone charms, left seahorse tile,TFTC

29-Apr-07
Easy find in the late afternoon. The guardian bull must have been off getting milked, he was nowhere to be seen. [:o)]

17-Mar-07
Found with Datto, on a family weekend on the island.

First of all there was the electric fence. Not exactly shocking (ha!), but a little surprising if you weren't expecting it. Then there was the BULL. Big freakin' huge great cow thing! Standing between us and GZ! Made a run for it, cow watched us go past. FerretBoy freaked out FerretGirl (unintentionally) as she reached for the cache by saying "Hey look! The bull's behind you now!" Hm, how to get to the Cache? There was a big bull lying under the tree in the garden. Well, one of us went in, the other one had an eye of the bull ... and... we got it. Thanks for the challenge and the Cache.

01-Jan-07
First Cache of the year for the Luv2kanu Krew on vacation from Kanada. This one was pretty easy once I convinced the others that there was an easier way than jumping the electric fence. Fortunately the guard bull was well back under the tree. Since we just spent the night in a haunted lighthouse keeper's cottage in Flinders Chase, we didn't find this place too scary.
Left a couple of stone charms and took a green spinning top.
Thanks for the cache.

11-Nov-06
A bit scary but we found the haunted house..
+ a purple elephant
- a koala for my zoo...

After Tricky got zapped, decided to use gate. Clo-co found this one with help of clue. GPS driven by Racey. Good hide. TFTC Took Kangaroo Coin left dog.

05-Oct-06
Nice hide. The bull was in the far paddock. Can just see him in the background of two of the images. Took echidna. Left Boxing Kangaroo medallion - "Notbull" (oops sorry "Netball") theme. Very appropriate for this KI cache. This was our 4th KI find. Thanks Northern Invaders. ePanda.

13-Aug-06
Found by baby&Mrs gopher at 1630 Big black bull gaurding (He is a little Pussycat really) Took nothing left Echidna Tnx Northern Invaders

05-Jul-06
Found on family trip with Danish exchange student to KI. Saw the bull and decided to take the risk. The resident of the house (possum) decided to scare our Danishman but no harm done. TNLNSL

22-Jun-06
No Bull around today so I though I would get this one.

Ah a fence running through insulators. I wonder if it is on .... ZAP! [B)]

Hmmm. I think I will use the gate.

I was on a working trip to the island so I didn't have the cache kit with me. TNLNSL

After reading the last log we were hesitant to check this one out as not really fond of bulls. I was on a girl’s weekend so thought seem that I am here I may as well have a go (tackle the bull I mean).
The other girls with me weren’t too keen to participate so they stayed at the car with the camera waiting to snap a pic of me being chased by a bull but luckily the bull was no where to be seen.
Was in such a hurry to get out of this scary place that I TNLN.
Thanks Northern Invaders

10-Mar-06
Looked at this one and thought .... no.

There was a BIG bull drinking at the bath and his eyes were following us around. We will get it on our next trip to KI.

My second "secret" find of the day, in company with daughter (Rav4R). Photo says it all (and that's on a good day). Thanks for the cache.

28-Dec-05
Woohoo – found by one half of R4R and accompanying family on the first day of our KI expedition. Decided not tell the enthusiastic other member of R4R who happened past the next day. The surprised look on his face when he read the logs and realised we were there a day earlier was priceless! TwistedWink TNLNLS. Cheers, Rav 4 Raiders

20-Oct-05
Raining quite heavily, the grass was long and wet. The location was quite dry and may be a good snake harbour in summer!!!
While the GPS was telling me it was in the NE corner, it was more central.
TOOK: Nothing
LEFT: Small yellow duck.
Cheers,
Lead 'n Lace.

I am the Bill who visited this cache, it was my first attempt, this posted entry date will not align with MY visit.

I assure all that no ill was made !

I made the visit note entry, took nothing from the cache and left the US dollar. I drive past this cache a couple of times a week and have met the land-owner, educated the bloke and he is quite happy about the geocaching system. I assured him that no damage would be done, all HE wants is his cattle kept in, if you find a gate - leave it as you found it, and all is OK.

I found the location of this cache via this site. but found "driving" this site a little daunting, hopefully this entry will appear on the log. I apologise for any confusion, especially mine !

Found at 16:45. The weather from earlier in the day degenerated to overcast with bad sat-loc. Spent half an hour searching around the whole house. After searching and searching, getting covered in dust and spider webs, all the other team members were about to give up, however persistance pays off. Anatomically short in the arms was the problem. Took American dollar note left spinning top. Thanks for the challenging search. Find in log book, logged as LAMEx2 Group.

07-Jun-05
Found my way in without getting zapped, but passed a smelly piece of road kill on the way in. Once inside, found the cache within 2 seconds.

Interesting note left from a muggle called bill, who had found the cache, signed the log, and returned it to its hiding place.

Anyone explain what the bath is doing out the front of the house though?

I went back 3 times to look at this one, but each time it put me outside a dilapidated house on what seemed to be private property. For this reason, I declined to do this cache.

Got up in Melbourne at 4:45am this morning to come to Kangaroo Island via Adelaide. This is our first cache here after sightseeing around Kingscote. Tested the fence and the juice seemed to be off - started to climb over it and then got zapped. Pam then discovered the gate was not locked. Found the cache straight away, at 11:55an. It was in good nick.
Took the plastic map rose.
Left a nice bottle opener / key ring.

Thanks Northern Invaders.

07-Dec-04
An easy drive by. Parked and walked straight to GZ.

Took yellow ghoulish figurine and left Koala and blue wishing stone.

25-Oct-04
Found by Tony, COnsuela and John during our tour of Kangaroo Island. No exchange made.

17-Oct-04
Found by 4 Men and a Lady at 1050 on 17 October 2004

Ignored the logs and got zapped by the electric fence.

It was well worth it to see the contrast of such ruins amongst the natural beauty of this island paradise so close to the mainland.

Left Streamers and POG
Took TB Arty the Armadillo and Candle to act as firewood for "The Lady's" miniature fireplace

Many Thanks to Northern Invaders

Found by Team George Jetson (Rob & Em) on 22 Nov 03
Yes, this log is pretty late ! Anyways, this was the second ever find for our team. Despite not registering the find till now, I kept the record of the find but cant recall what left/took. We traversed the 2 fences and shot across the paddock so as not to be seen. Em was more interested in the old push bike chassis and other bit n pieces than the cache. Sorry for the late update ! After the notes about bulls and bees we decided to leave the dog in the car for this one. Once the cache was found and the coast was clear Lou (my wife) went back to get Steve (the dog) so he could drink from the trough nearby. She had not read the note about the fence. There was a scream, swearing and the dog went thirsty!

Took lock and left stickers.

28-Dec-03
An easy find and we weren't bothered by the bull or bees. Young Bradley did discover an electric fence in his haste to be first but he still manged to find the loot. We took the US dollar and left ??? . Thanks NI.

30-Aug-03
Found at 2.20pm.
An easy find but felt very uncomfortable about being on private property.
We logged our find and left as quickly as possible.
Left a chess CD and took a Koala
Thanks NI

No trouble with the bees or bull. Lucky for us...
Took a dolphin and left a candle.
Thanks Invaders for a good challenge, got the grey matter working.

24-May-03
It wasn't under foot in the first spot I looked, but second look did the trick. Took a prehistoric looking critter and left a Koala. Thanks Invaders.

13-Mar-03
Found the right location and some bees. Looked around for awhile until a determined bull made us hop SKIP jump out of the area.

Well, Good thing ScullyK was with me or we'd never have found this one!
Never saw the ditch and never would have thought to look where she found it!!

Took the mini tea set and left $1 USA...

Thanks for the nice view!

P.S. There is a hive of bees VERY near where this cache is located.

So PLEASE be careful...
