Big mud pool in the middle of the road to negotiate. Thanks for the hide.

Mr Tardis was out for a motorbike ride along many of the dirt roads, and back roads before the seasonal rains come.

Based on this location, I would definitely say it's Ford rather than Holden.

Today headed out solo for a big day of caching around Port Wakefield and a bit of the peninsula for some fishing and then home via Balaklava.
Enjoyed the day out but was knackered when I got home. Some great hides and a lot of manky mint tins.
Got a bit sun burnt. Enjoyed a lovely packed lunch on the peninsula.
All up just over 50 caches found for the day as well as the lab caches In Port Wakefield.
Thanks to all the CO for the hides was a good start to the New Year.
Continued along back roads to make this find. TFTC Team Waldron

Well only one place it really could be here, unfortunately the cache is covered in bird crap.

Today locus cache and I headed north to clean up some caches we missed between Snowtown and Clare and the odd cache here and there. With limited time we managed to get 32 caches whilst dodging the rain.

Thanks for the cache

Now staying at Price, today we headed out tackle caches that we missed last year when working at Bowmans and that were just out of reach for us from Snowtown. Big Grin

Found on a trip from Wool Bay on Yorke Peninsula back to home in the Adelaide Hills via Maitland, then up to the northern plains to find most of the caches on the circuitous back-roads in an area between Nantawarra, Balaklava and Bowmans, finding 22 caches for the day and clearing up a very rewarding portion on the map. Thanks for the cache Team Waldron!

Haha, well that is definitely a ford. No water bothering us here today....I didn't like all of the cobwebs where my hand had to go...eek. Brilliant roads to explore out here.

Stamped the log as "Fabulous Randoms".

A very average day weather wise, but a great day with our secret squirrel friend who jetted in....

The lovely Feathertop joined TheDame and I on a short run out North. Our focus was to collect the caches that we usually 'fly past' but say "we'll grab those next time" - well today was that day, and a handful of great caches were found.

Lots of laughter and fun was had.

Thanks so much for placing this cache Team Waldron! [^]

14-Oct-18

I was part of 'fabulous randoms'.

Thankyou for the geocache.

14-Oct-18
I was over here for work yet again and as usual I jetted in on Sunday morning.
It was a really warm morning and a bit spotting with rain, not all that nice actually but I was in Goodlook and Thedame's company so I knew I would have a good time despite weather.
In all we visited around 25 caches around here, I had 17 new caches to my name at day's end including this one.
I left Helen to retrieve this one!
Signed at part of fabulous randoms
Cheers

A detour on the way home now the roads are dry and safe to drive along in my Toyota Carolla. Another car went past but that wasn't a Ford or a Holden either. Thanks

05-Jun-18
Out on a lovely winters day, with an Owl and a Starfish,
Travelling on the dirt roads north bound from Gawler.

This was a no contest for the Starfish
A quick find by the merry trio. Tftc

Yet another puzzled puzzler's Tuesday caching expedition. Cool Today's crew of brisal5, Mrs. SA Sewer Rats and Doctor Owl set sail north again to where we were caching DNF's recently. Razz Whilst doing that two weeks ago we rectified three DNF'S but added another three to the list. Although we made a lot of finds I managed to add another four to my DNF list! Sad No matter we had a lot of laughs and I added a few unloved caches to my list along the way. [:o)]
Ford is a four letter word starting with F. Has to be Holden. [:o)] Found the cache in the first place I looked! Smile

**Thanks Team Waldron for this cache. ** Big Grin

Everything bone dry here today. Although the gps did indicate a lot of blue water. TFTC

Day 2 of our girl's adventure and Gral4 and I did a spin around town collecting caches before heading into the wild and retackling yesterdays DNF, some 4WD caches and exploring the backroads for some planetary pursuit caching.

Another interesting day, we encountered mangroves and slippery mud, saw kangaroos, a rabbit, a dead cat [)], a UFO lauchpad [?], an old homestead, a grandprix track, a few trains and big cactus plants amongst other things.

Gral4 did some great 4WDing which meant we could get to some places my Toyota Corolla can only dream about Wink I dropped lots of TB's on the way Big Grin but we also picked up another 4.

Weary and hungry we ended up at Cookies at Two Wells for dinner and enjoyed a very tasty sweet and sour chicken dish to complete the fun weekend. Razz

A quick find here.

Day 2 of our adventures. This was much more adventurous than day 1. We did a lot of 4x4 driving, up tracks that hadn't seen a vehicle for ages, NEARLY conquered mangrove mud without ending up in it, saw two kangaroos and two sleepy lizards, three trains went past just after we went across the crossings, and we had lots of fun. It was good to get the 4x4 out and use it for what it is designed for, although muggle hubby might not be happy with the layer of missing duco. I have never been confident to use the 4x4 like this, there will be no stopping me now.

Great find and we had to turn back.

26-Mar-18
Out on a planet run today.
Looking for points and dirt roads.
Had a great day tracking down caches.
It only seems a couple of weeks ago I fell into the Wakefield and here I am crossing a dry section.
This could have had a funny ending.
Got my arm stuck and was worried it was coming out.
What slides down doesnt always come back up.
Just like when you put a ring over a finger and then cant get it off.
I was worried there for a few minutes.

Found It!
Last time I was here was about a year ago in the frog's Pajero. The creek had water in it that day and the Pajero went home with extra mud. Today the creek was dry so the Hilux didn't gain any mud but I still found the cache!
