Out and about with omegaman, there are always plenty of laughs while we are turning caches into smiles. This is one of the caches found today. Thanks Robmc for the cache.
Support Your Local VillainLive - Laugh - LurkFirst To Find: 196Sidetracked Cache Finds: 144Out and about with Rebel Acts on this sunny Saturday. It's always great to be out putting smiles on the map...Cheers for the cache and the opportunity to get out and have some fun.
Quick find is a good find. A nice stroll is a good stroll.Cleaning up Victoria with gridge98. We are on a mission this week. Completing twenty finds in Mexican local government areas is the challenge. With the log signed and the cache replaced it was time to leave. Onwards to the next cache. Woot, that is not to far.I would like to show my respect and acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Land, and their continuing connection to it. I wish to pay my respects to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past, present and emerging.I will apologize right now, because everything from here on is here solely for the purpose of padding the word count and winning that one hundred word diamond badge again. Somebody moved the goal posts. So many caches to find. So many caches to log. We find them, sign them and replace them. This particular geocache was found using one of the following GPS enabled devices, Garmin GPSr, Montana 680t, Oregon 650 or Dakota 20 and an Apple iPhone 11 using the marvelous Cachly app. Waypoints and paperless geocaching were downloaded via GSAK 9. Log prepared, checked and submitted using GSAK publish logs macro.Warning, this hobby can be addictive. It can lead to exercise, meeting new people and finding interesting places you might not have known existed otherwise. Beware: you may have fun. Apologies for the generic part of the cache log. We do apologise for the generic logs. Thanks to all the cache owner for placing this cache here for our enjoyment. Thanks for the cache. Merci la cache. Danke fr den Cache. Gracias por el cach. A nice walk along the creek today finding the caches as we went, all the caches found are in good condition hereTravelling around Victoria with Freddo for a week finding caches as we go. With two challenges on our radar we were in full force. All logs signed with our names or F+g98 for the smaller caches. Thanks for the cache
TFTC, another fantastic cache from RobMc. Easily found, with clear description and hint
Quick and easy find on a mission today with droppdpie, tftc signed and replaced
On a cold wet and miserable morning Sims_family and Dromaniax headed up the Highway with a list of caches on our hit list to work on some LGA based challenge caches. With all our targets being in the Melbourne Suburbs we decided to take the Domaniax Geomobile instead of the Ginja Ninja of the Geo Vehicle of the Sims_family as the 4x4 wouldn't be needed.Even though we were in drizzling rain and some cold biting wind it didn't dampen our spirits as we work our names into the log books.Thank you Robmc for the smiley
We were chatting with Sims_family and discussing our progress on several challenge caches and how we would best approach them by working together to qualify for as many as possible as soon as possible. With this in mind and having a few weeks off work, we worked out a list of caches to cover as many Metro LGAs as possible over the next few weeks. After dropping Mrs Dormaniax off at the ferry in Portarlington, it was straight to Casa Sims, where we picked up Mr Sims_family and headed into Melbourne to find some caches. The day started drizzly, and we became damp when finding our first half-dozen caches. All caches we found were in excellent condition unless otherwise noted.Thank you, Robmc, for this Traditional cache.
This one was hard in the dark but managed a quick find to tick off another shire. TFTC!
After finishing work in the nearby area, I had time to start my Friday Evening Geocaching Run early. It might have been too early, with it being very hot for all this walking, but I've only ever got 1 geocache in the Brimbank LGA. So it was time to change that. No DNFs which was great. But I didn't get the required 20 for the challenge I am working on, but my number has now increased from 1 to 11, and a bonus cache in the Maribyrnong LGA makes that LGA now 20. The statues on the trail are nice. However, I'm guessing most people don't notice them as the few people who passed them near me didn't even turn their heads towards them. Thanks for the cache, Rob MC.Hunter
We packed the ebikes and headed to the big smoke for a couple of days. Fortified by lunch and joined by Mr Morris we headed off on the next part of the trail. Thanks for taking us on a tour of the backblocks of Altona, Brooklyn and wherever else we were.
Spent the morning with Chewinprickes on our deadly treadlies completing a maintenance run on the FT and KCT trails. All caches are now in good condition and ready to be found. This cache seemed to have gone for a bit of a wander.Replaced back in it original hide matching the hint.Robmc.
Seeing new sights from here on. Heading north now on a path that no doubt existed 15 years back, but I'd not been along here. Thanks Robmc
Caching buddy: Me, myself and I I'm not a fan of Geocaching alone...but today, being a public holiday, we were able to catch up on chores and while he went to play badminton, I jumped in to my geomobile and walked out. This one was a blue face, that I'm happy to report, it's now yellow on my map!Thank you Robmc, for creating, placing and maintaining this cache. I have enjoyed finding it and visiting this spot.Follow my story on Instagram @AlphaDeltaIndigo
Stumped! at first, but with a little bit of looking around further, there it was, pretty easy after that, TFTC
The weather looked like it was going to be nice to us today so it was decided to head to the other side of town. We encountered a couple of snakes but they weren't interested in us and slithered off home. Most finds were made although we did have to leave a couple and search for them on the way back and a couple of others seem to be missing. We got a little bamboozled with the tracks but it was a lovely day to be out and about. Thanks for placing all these caches for us to find.
It was a lovely day for a scooter ride with Geo-turtle. I encountered tiger snakes on the path twice in different locations, and I had to swerve my scooter to avoid them quickly. Thankfully, I narrowly missed them! Geo-turtle managed to take some photos and a video. I ended up with a pretty bad sunburn by the end of the day. It's nice to have some trees here it takes us a little while to find this cache. Robmc; thank you for placing this cache in this area for everyone to enjoy.
I found this cache today on my 35,000 step walk from Sunshine to Laverton via the Kororoit Creek Trail and the Federation Trail. I got distracted by the hint which is no longer current. Thanks from D B-A
Out today for some walking and caching. I chose Stony Creek and Kororoit Creeks to walk some and drive some - truly a Robmc day with all caches belonging to him. Found this one quickly.
Thanks to Robmc for the cache.
Thanks to Robmc for the cache.
The stump hint had me stumped! I’d suggest ignore it. Cache 5 mtrs ne of GPS for me: David
I'm currently chasing a souvenir - attempting a 28-day caching streak during July for the Wheel-of-Challenges souvenir campaign. Still have plenty of local caches to find, and still somehow maintaining the mojo and the momentum.
After 3 'rest' days driving to caches it was back in the saddle today. Or rather, *on* the saddle for a 31km cycling trip from home to the northernmost caches of the KCT in Sunshine. Ended up with 7 finds and surprisingly no DNFs, starting here in the little forest.
Not too many hiding spots here so I knew where to hone in on. There was a discarded medium-sized kit bag at the base of tree around GZ which I didn't want to move it (or investigate the contents!) and fortunately I managed to get to the cache regardless.
Thanks for the easy start today, Robmc.

Me and my dad went to find this cache and a few others down the creek. This is the only one we found other than the pipe bridge one.
The hint says stump but actually it was by the trunk of a tree, quite close to the track. Make sure you look for this black container and you can find my log in the log book!

The hide was indeed empty, but now filled again.
It seems several people have been playing around the area, we shall see how this one goes.
Robmc.

Found the stump…at zero with a piece of concrete marking the spot but I doubt it’s there unless it’s travelling
I had the morning to spare so I decided to increase my count of caches found in Brimbank LGA... I started at Organ Pipes where there are 4 earth caches and then moved on to Keilor. After some lunch in Keilor itself it was time to slowly make my way towards Balaclava... with caches along the way of course. As caches are a bit sparse in some parts of Brimbank I headed to Sunshine South for the KCT collection.
This was the first of my KCT finds... easy enough although the subject of the Hint is so overgrown that the Hint isn't as useful as it might be!
Thanks **Robmc** for the cache.

Found it with group of tiny finders on Sunday 27 November. Lovely day, lovely little cache.

Clearly I jinxed myself. I just erased a frownie, to then throw another one down on the very next cache. I'm pretty sure I had the right spot, but... no cache. But I'm ready to be proven wrong.
Thanks heaps, Robmc.

Great opportunity to sift through various tree branches, not quite sure what I was looking for until I found it. Thank you Robmc
Out and about echidna44 and ConnieandRick.for an afternoon of caching and chatter. Easy parking and enjoyable walk to this one. Nice easy find here. Cache in good condition. Thanks Robmc for the cache.
Out with xambo4u and ConnieandRick, we were caching in the Sunshine area following the Kororoit Creek Trail.
As we approached we saw a muggle nearby, but he was totally absorbed by his phone, so we were able to find the beautifully hidden cache with ease. Thanks Robmc.

18km later...
This was the last cache of the day, and I'm exhausted!! We got to our agreed upon turn around point and I was stuffed already, then we had to walk back!
Lots of ants on this one, so day1976 decided to keep throwing it at me to get the ants off, so naturally I threw it back.
Once this cache was signed, I did some stretching before getting back in the van and drinking a whole bottle of water, eating lunch, and then told day1976 it was time for home!

Found with ilukaperi on a short day stint in Melbourne's western suburbs.
Last one and finally finished this section on foot. Time for some stretches and Iluka wants to cancel the rest of the days caching.
