The nearby neighbour has complained about people in their yard, even though co-ords are no where near their yard, searching for things in flower pots and what not. When the cache was first placed the previous owner had no problems with it, but the new owner is not happy about it. I've decided to archive the cache to keep the peace in town.
Traveling to Venus Bay and some time to spare spent time looking under the wrong item.
Cheeky hide.

During our new years break, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I headed to the Eyre Peninsula to travel around the various coastal towns. We started the trip with Jeep trouble, but then continued in our alternative vehicle without 4WD to stick to the main tourist roads where possible. We travelled south-west to Tumby Bay and Port Lincoln via Whyalla, Cowell, Cleve, Arno Bay; west across to Coffin Bay; and then north-west to Streaky Bay and Ceduna via Elliston, and Venus Bay. We then headed back east staying in Kimba via Poochera, Wudinna, Lock, and Darke Peak.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I headed from Streaky Bay to Kimba, primarily driving along the Eyre Highway. Our first stop was a few of the geology stops around Wudinnna, including a hike at Mount Wudinna which was great. After calling through Kyancutta, we decided to take the round about way to Kimba via Lock, Rudall and Darke Peak. A few nice stops, and the Hellbent Hotel at Darke Peak was a highlight. We then spent the late afternoon to evening seeing Kimba's famous sights, and included a few very creative and well constructed geocaches.
This cache had me looking for a few minutes, until I found the cache had fallen on the ground. I had suspected this cache hide type, and it turned out I was right. The logbook was also separated next to the cache, but appeared to be ok. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Interestingly enough, the last finders were not in the logbook - I wonder what they were referring to when they said it was a "Nice hide"? Thanks ThisMechaniCan for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

We arrived in Kimba last night for an overnight stop on our way to family further west. On a quiet Sunday morning we enjoyed a few finds around this lovely little town. Felt a bit uncomfortable searching so close to a residence but we made the find quickly. Thanks for the hide.
Day 13 of our Eyre Peninsula caravan odyssey with the geo-pup, from Darke Peak to Kimba.
Like others, we looked at the obvious first... then looked further afield!

A 2 week tour of the West Coast started in Streaky Bay, then to Coffin Bay, then to Tumby Bay and finally a couple of days in Whyalla.
All caches were in good condition unless I've posted a Needs Maintenance log.
I looked in the obvious spot but then looked where the cache is.

Tricky little hide, but found after abit of a wander. GPS took time to settle and we wasted time at what we thought was the obvious place for the hide. TFTC
Day 308 ( Thursday 2nd ) of our trip. Caching along the way. Heading to Kimba today. A total of 6 for the day and 6001 for the trip. TFTC
A clever hide in the middle of town.
Out with Jack and Sebastbat for a little June Long Weekend fun of our own - as this year's event was thwarted by a naughty virus! Headed out, umm, thataway... plenty of little boxes on the map to be turned into smilies
Only just making a small dent in the geomap for Whyalla and a bit to the west.
Sorry logs a bit generic as so many to do.
thanks for the cache ThisMechaniCan

All the best caches are hidden at a safe social distance
(161m apart, though preferably not vertical distancing !!! )
Caching never stops with some serious help from soap, water, and especially alcohol...
( Good for cache cleanliness and coping with puzzles ! )
Once cacher per 4sqm is easily achieved
Space is good. Fresh air is good. Exercise is good. The great views are very good.
#washyourhands - we don't know where the cache has been!
Gloves are handy - but only if you change them between finds !
#washyourhandsagain please
Support the regions! Hide a cache in the Barossa and another
#keepwashingyourhandsagainandagain
[xx(] If you stay "Covidsafe" you may just avoid a whole bunch of other nasty germs this flu season too
Hand hygiene and keeping safe distances can reduce your chance of common cold, flu, pneumonia, gastro, and a whole bunch of other nasties, as well as that corona thing
Ease your restrictions carefully. But get out and keep fit!
Enjoy caching. It's good for your physical and mental health

Initially distracted by what I thought would be the hide location the nicely hidden cache was eventually located. TFTC
Spotted obvious hiding spot from across the road . First find in town this trip now to watch the Melbourne Cup .tftc
Today our tour - which began in Perth, WA , and led us thru Western, Northern and Southern Australia back to Perth, was simply driving from Coober Pedy to Kimba.
On the way we came to some interesting locations. Here we searched, found and logged this Tradi-Cache.
Weather was good in the morning and it should even get better during the day.
Thanks to 'ThisMechaniCan' for showing us this location, for the fun we had with 'PTES 2784' and for the smiley. The search here and today didn't take too much time, fortunately.
Greetings from Germany and we hope to see you soon in the forest, prairie, desert or outback .

Wet day, but out with the umbrellas and yeh found it. Thank you. Like the little red engine.
We saved this one to do on the way home from Ceduna. Interesting little spot on the High Street. Found the cache exactly where the hint said it would be. Nice hide!!
TFTC and for making us stop in Kimba again. We still have a couple to find on our next pass through we do enjoy a stop in Kimba.

A quick find for this one. Now back to the camp as it’s happy hour early today. TFTC. SL.
Nomads travelling in their caravan around Australia. We have been on the road since July 2011 and discovered caching in August 2013. We travel with a bunch of travel bugs belonging to our sons and grand children. Where ever possible, we will maintain your cache as we travel.
Settled in the reserve for a few days, out today to do our tiki tour of Kimba
Great cache - have seen quite a few of these as urban caches. We replaced the full log sheet for you. Thanks TisMechaniCan

Limbs is a beautiful little town - really like it and got great coffee at Eileen’s- bonus! Oh yes and we found the cache. Log it damp and disintegrating but still few spaces left.
After returning to the car I had a lightbulb moment. I went back to GZ and a quick find was had
Hi there ThisMechaniCan. This cache was a quick find today after leaving Streaky Bay and while headed towards Port Augusta the primary destination was to be Kimba. The container and log are in good condition - SL. Thanks to ThisMechaniCan for this cache - our find #6206.
After a good steady drive from Ceduna we pulled into town last night and stayed overnight at the wonderful free camp (donation) by the sports ground.
A peaceful sleep under the clear starlit skies, then woke up to a clear sunny day. A few caches in town and met the wife of one of the cache owners. Wonderful to meet the ‘locals’.
Thanks for sharing a tour around Kimba and different side of the silos.
The Silo Art is wonderful.

Very clever! Tried finding it in the heat of the day and no such luck. Cleaner minds had us finding it in minutes.
Loved this cache. It tool a little bit to locate, unfortunately the log was wet and difficult to sign. I think it may have become more of a blue smudge. When we were driving past later in the day we saw a couple of people here and stopped to say hello, and help them locate the cache by playing "hotter, colder". We also helped them locate another cache that we had found when we last passed through here over 9 years ago.
Thanks for another good hide ThisMechaniCan.

Found by Mary & David at 1115. Kept the log in the sun to help it dry out a bit. The silo art has helped the tourists to stop. Our favourite silo art along with Thalla in QLD. Our thanks to ThisMechaniCan.
Our second DAY IN Pt Lincoln and it was time to focus on caching in Lincoln itself and potential surrounds. It was a cold and grey day interspersed with rain, which was a bit of a downer when compared to the sunshine of the last few days. Despite this we were able to still able to make a good day of it, finding over 50 caches, though it was also a day of quality as well with some higher terrain caches as well. It was an enjoyable day as we were able to tick off some earmarked caches before we finally finished up at around seven.

Found It!
I searched the obvious feature while Munja found the cache elsewhere. Then the name made sense!

Today we are heading for Port Augusta as we work our way back east to Victoria from Western Australia where we have been for around 4 months.
Since we have begun the trip east we have had strong winds and regular rain. Maybe we are travelling in the window of the weather!
We have been breaking up the journey by collecting caches on the way. This was one of many!
A quick stop on a Saturday afternoon with no one about. Initially thought it might have been on another object but the GPSr said no, next one.
Log very wet and torn but still managed to sign.

Found by torchlight during a caching foray in the township of Kimba. Thanks for the cache ThisMechaniCan!
I still remember the first time we found one of these and how impressed we were. Now when we see this container type we pretty much know what to look for.
We have had several trips to Kimba and love the place and how well it caters for us 'grey nomads'.
Thanks.

Found as part of a roadtrip with some members of the geocaching community to attend the TAR Centenary at Ooldea where 100 years ago the East - West Railway met and was joined.
It was then onto Maralinga for a camp and rest day for the Parrots while the rest of the crew went on a tour.
The Parrots then headed out across the Nullabor to visit the old Telegraph station at Eucla with a camp at the old abanoned homestead along the way.
I found it whilst we all where searching.
