I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no response from nor action by the cache owner within the time frame requested in the last reviewer note.

We also had to look up astelia and enjoyed the botany lesson!
There's evidence that the recent storm & flood may have gone through here. Maybe the storm has moved or washed away the treasure?

Seems like the last flood washed it away, will have a look once I can get out to the park again.

I did not find it. The hint was very unclear

We could not find it

Second day in a row in Henderson for me. Came by yesterday and bought a digital picture frame, but couldn't get it to work as it was supposed to so a refund today, and some caching whilst in the area. On my list was the remainder of the blues clues puzzles and some other nearby options. Managed to beat the rain and do my chores, nice one.
All good here and some nice art here along the trail. Took a few moments to make the find and back now for some more caches.

Nice spot for a cache. Nearby leaves are a bit sharp though, so be careful with your hands.

Be careful of the cutty grass, very sharp as I have discovered!

Did a day out this way with the old geocaching buddy Michaelteacher, pretty good run of 20 in total with no DNFs.

Haha have to be honest and say I googled the hint because I had no idea what that was, and cache was soon in hand after. All good here, tftc

Had a fun round of disc golf with djhayes 2121. And set of to locate the cache..... Took a couple of minutes then located cache.... Tftc.

Approached from the wrong side of the stream initially but found the bridge and soon after the interesting statue and then the hidden path.

Out today for a quiet stroll around the park and maybe grabbing a couple of caches, we headed off to GZ and Pooka Logistics quickly had this one in hand and signed, and it all seems in good condition. It was nice to have a find after some DNF's, for various reasons, at previous caches.

After grabbing the cache we looked for somewhere nearby to eat and ended up at The Grounds for food, beer and maybe even some colouring in. Thanks for the cache. #916

This one wasn't on my initial plan of attack for today but seeing that it was so close I detoured here to sign it off. But then I noticed that the logsheet was full and luckily I had a spare in my pocket.

Find number 5666. A weekend in Auckland and had some free time before meeting a friend for drinks so decided to cache. Enjoyed my walk along this trail. Initially walked passed this one but soon corrected myself. Log was full but able o squeeze my name on it. Thank you for the placement.

I’ve ridden past this spot many a times and never noticed this little path. Decided to pay it a visit today. Made a quick find as the cache was out in the open. Log signed and re-hidden. TFTC

A rare day that we had to ourselves and reasonably sunny as well, so we set out nice and early on a Sunday to enjoy some caching in the west. Walked to GZ and had trouble with the hint item as MrsNZT couldn't see any astellia's around. Luckily the gps was spot on and we quickly made the find. TFTC!

Out and about for a spot of cache detection out west today. It ended up being pretty fine weather for it; the forecast showers didn't eventuate during my expedition today. Anyway, Found my self nearby so I took a walk around the park. There were workmen pruning and felling some of the trees in the park, not near GZ however. I soon found myself at GZ and after the briefest of searches I soon had the goods in hand. I didn't see any trackables in the cache. Cheers for the cache placement!

Found with Granny while she was looking for flax nearby. Enjoyed playing on my scooter.

Was with mrcleverclogs when he found this today. Do not recall seeing any trackables, will check when next in area.

After visiting the campervan facility at McLeod Park, I took a slightly less direct route home via this forgotten secret garden. Walked along the concrete path until the GPS suggested I should head "that way." Followed that a short distance and soon located the cache. Thanks.

Was in the neighbourhood this morning so walked down here .... then made it hard for myself by looking everywhere it wasn't. Eventually changed my search dynamics after reading a particular previous log and got my hands on it. The TB wasn't there tho. TFTC

I stopped by on my outbound hike, but there were several people working in the area, so I had to wait for my return. Fortunately, I read a log or two and figured out where the cache had to be, TFTC.

Took a little longer than anticipated to grab this one. I think it might have climbed a little from the original placement. More like Head height to a Hobbit now. Glad I got this when I did, perhaps in a month of so it'll be out of reach....LOL...cheers V.

Took a while. Had mixed thoughts on which tree it would have been. Tftc

Back here on a dog walk with Pazzabella and hounds. A much easier find once hint was changed and we didn't limit our search to GL. No TB left here as claimed Tftc

Came back here after a failed FTF, to check on a TB that was claimed to have been left here. Sadly it wasn't. Cache was much easier to find after a few helpful logs. Tftc

On our last visit to this park we noticed these funny baskets around the place. Soon discovered it was for a sport called Disc Golf. Purchased some discs for Xmas and back again today to have a bit of fun playing 9 baskets of disc golf. Once completed we set about locating this hide. Took us a few minutes hunting before the cache was finally spotted by our muggle friend. Nice park to visit. Plenty of paths to walk, run or ride around and a disc golf course to boot. Daily cache sorted

Met up with Merlot58 and Aiden29 this morning to collect our first cache in 2018 and a souvenir as well. Few muggles out and about after the New Years celebrations last night, but they took no notice of us as we headed into the forgotten secret garden. Quickly had the cache in hand as the coordinates were spot on.

Nice camo and fun

After a big tramp out the day before I enjoyed a late start into the day to allow the muscle sore to calm down. It still did hurt walking to GZ but it was good to stretch those muscles. Easy find at GZ.TFTC

Out to collect a cache for the day and after a couple of back to back DNFs elsewhere was hoping this one was going end a bit nicer for me. Needn't have worried as it was all quiet at GZ and the cache was quickly found in the likely spot - TFTC

Called down after having my eyes checked, nice and healthy they say so there goes that excuse I am familiar with this secret garden and its guardians so it was a relatively easy find although the container blended in nicely. Nice to see some new hiders, keep them coming

Found the secret garden, but someone in a college uniform was hanging about in it, so I left and collected some munzees along the path before returning. I thought he'd gone, so entered the garden and started looking. However he wasn't gone, but soon moved off. Then a loose dog ran through and spooked me. I guess this all put me off my game, as I couldn't find the cache
