Looks like this one may have gone walkabouts again - we will need to rethink our hide.
Im sure I found the necessary spot. Felt like something was missing when I followed the hint instruction. See what others find.
Out with Mrs TWS for a day out and some exercise.

If that's not as good as the original cache we would have loved to have seen that. Nice stroll and quickly located the cache then the haha moment. FP to be added. Thanks for the cache and the laugh.

Checked on cache today and sorry to say it has gone. We fortunately brought a replacement, not quite as good as the previous. Please ensure that it is out of sight once you replace it, thanks.
Well I am almost sure I`ve found GZ and place where cache was placed. Found nylon rope but nothing at the end. About 4m West found another nylon rope empty as well. ....
As Janno216's 8-month stay in NZ was coming to an end he asked me whether I wanted to do a big day trip out to the Te Atatu Peninsula, and I as always interested in doing more caches decided to come along. After arriving we were quite skeptical about the whether the weather would hold and fortunately it did. We almost got 50 but sadly we got a flat battery and that consumed too much time. But very few DNF's helped. Thanks too all the CO's who placed the cache here. Nice and easy find here, I like the container.
My eight months stay in New Zealand is nearly over so I wanted to do one more big Geocaching tour in this great country! I asked thegreatauk wether he is interested in a big day trip - and of course he was. So we chose this day and made our way to Te Atatu Peninsula with our rental car.
We were a bit worried about the weather, but fortunately we only saw the dark clouds but just had a few drops and no strong rain.
Most of the Caches were easy to find for us, we only had a very few number of DNF's, so we reached our goal of 40 Caches without problems. Probably we also would have reached the fifty if we would not have had a flat battery… However,we enjoyed a great day with a lot of nice Caches!

Ouh! Nice one, found it quick!

Thanks for hiding!

I was lucky that all the muggles waited until I replaced the cache before quite a few they came by. TFTC.
Today was really the last chance the HKCB and I had had to gather the required intellegence (caches) for the Hidden Souviner Challenge and as such, since we had only begun collecting caches towards this last week, time was rapidly running out.
All caches signed as "HKCD"
So come wet or fine we were to collect caches. So plans were hatched and we departed at 'Oh My God its only 3am" from Hamilton headed for the big smoke (Home by 3pm). Rain it was to be for the start of the day, clearing up by about 9am then as we packed the car and got on the motorway heading south it started again. We just laughed heartidly at our good fortune.
We did well for the day with myself collecting some 65 caches towards the total and only about 3-4 DNF's, so for all that good work we have left quite the hole in the map ready for the next visit.
Thank you all the CO's for your fantastic contributions to our days efforts and may your wars continue to populate the Geocaching Maps. I know they are generic logs but then sometimes you get that.
Thank you for the cache, thank you for the placement

With the Hidden Creatures Souvenirs ending soon, and not much of a tally to my name so far one big push was going to be needed to get over the line. Cats&Dragons was is a similar boat, so after a quick scout of the maps Te Atutu, and the nearby motorway cycleway looked like just the ticket to get us both the numbers we needed.
A early start of 3am (this is getting more and more regular) from hamilton saw us starting the hunt just before 5am. The weather wasn't playing along at first as we had drizzle for the first hour or so, but it cleared up once the sun came up and stayed away right up to the point we headed for home. It turned out to be a very successful day with more than enough found to uncover all the Hidden Creatures.
We found a great varity of caches over the day, with some really great hides as well as one or two that were too good for us, or muggles had got them. I'll mention a few here and there that were extra memorable as I get to them, but unfortunetly I only have time for a cut and paste log for most. However a huge thanks to the CO's as the quality of caches were very high.

Popped out this evening after work with YK83 to grab a couple of caches before it got dark. After a short stroll to GZ, we sound found this cool little cache. TFTC!
Needing to up my find rate to ensure I get all the hidden creatures, I knew I had left those close to home for a reason. Bit of water in the body of the cache but the main log was reasonably dry. TFTC
Wow that is one amazing cache... I was doing my 'Have a look over there Rich' and had no idea that he would come up with such an interesting hide (FP). T4tc
I had to visit the grey and black water disposal site south of the motorway and seeing that I was in the area decided to pick a few more caches.
The uprights just about had my arm in a pincer movement whilst reaching for the cache.
Cheers for the cache.

What a stroke of luck finding the original kiwiscot! Perhaps if Id brought tweezers and dive boots I would have got it on my second visit. Thanks to you only the former was needed this time
Finally we get to log this one on the first visit we couldn't get the log out without pincers , on our second visit we couldn't find the cache and on our therd atempt we get to put pen to paper thank you fo reactivating this one. Well werthy fp for me
Well I was the April fool this morning. I finally returned back to this cache two months later. Geocchi and I had previously found it but alas- no tweezers , so unable to sign. So, having made sure I had a spare pair of pincers to extract the cache and it wasn't there
I checked twice and managed to cut my fingers twice [B)] but it wasn't there
Giving you a f/p anyway for such a great container and cache page, despite the fact you are from the NSA .

I had a work meeting rescheduled today which left me with more spare time than I thought I had. Decided to head west and find a few caches. I checked a few potential hiding places as I zero'd in on GZ. All good once I got to the right spot. Clever cache container container. PPP - 498 - Neptune -> ... TFTC, Biggles.
Checking on strategic positions, still on point, well done, very creative Camo and description
Bringing some honourary westies into the war zone in the form of liketips and themexikiwi with the aim of collecting a bunch of these caches this hot (how hot?) afternoon.
Hooned all over the peninsula this afternoon and had a great time, no issues here and we were soon away again.

Braving the heatwave with evilno9 and TheMexican, we found this one without too much trouble. Nice hide, TFTC

Out with lokky1 I found it straight away lokky walked straight past as his GPS was a few meters out. Tftc
Nice one Kiwiscott19 we like something a little bit different. But we had this one pretty quickly as well. Jetski towing a biscuit nearby today
Great hide, thankfully found quickly due to good GPS coordinates. Forgot tweezers but luckily the inside of a pen helped us. TFTC
GPS had me a little off here, think someone needs to do a NAVX refresher.....cheers V.
Nearly have this war zone cleaned up and this was another nice wander along to GZ... great camo again and was a lovely day to be out caching...sure beats working.
We were on a reconnaissance mission in the area with Lieutenants Merlot58 and Aiden29 for the Belligerantz. Having spotted the pincer attack, we used our pincers to capture this pincer and we soon returned the pincer back to it's place!
As the NSA had blatantly ignored our Christmas Truce I joined up with Aiden29 and Jag50 to do some reconnaissance and see if any enemy forces remained behind. We saw signs of their pincer movement and in a pinch the invasion was dealt with

Third target on this dawn raid to help clean up this NSA infestation. Great location, great camo. Gets an FP from me. TFTC
A very fitting name and or cache container. Struggled putting it back where I found it as it had to be done by feel. Now I have read the description properly I'm not sure it is the intended spot anyway.

From the 2nd Division, called back from sick leave to support the shock troops at the front. Not my fingers I was worried about******** almost lost my hand. A Fav. TFTC
Just what I, **General** Gorbygorbachov, suspected!! A pincer movement involving magnets. **Pffff**.. I told this to one of my staff who I secretly rendezvoused with on a previous scourge by the movement called the N.S.A. We agreed to come here to see what type of invasion was ahead of us. Are there **no** bounds in war?....... we have these types of invaders enlisted by the Northerners now, very secretive, very dark, they don't seem to have much movement, I see that is part of their disguise. Their presence will be felt by my staff. We have to eradicate pests like this. My covert cohort in cohesion with me, i.e the furtive supernanny started with a smile when she saw this. I was disgusted..... get a hold of yourself woman... we are at war! No FP's will be given here!
No....Not the Pincer Manoeuvre....
Was in the company of General Gorby when this worrying matter came to my attention.
No worries....between the two of us we subdued the situation ....and all is calm.

The West never rest on their laurels, in the spirit of Christmas we have called a truce, but obviously the Northern Alliance paid no heed to it.

One of us was doing some Christmas shopping at Westgate when this cache was published. After a quick consultation with HQ he suspended that mission and set off for Te Atatu.
Approaching GZ it quickly became apparent that the military engineers that were responsible for this bridge had been staggeringly drunk while designing and building it! Arriving at the correct location the pincer movement was soon spotted and disarmed. Then it was time to return to the original mission . . .
Thanks.

After another victorious FTF to the NSA at a nearby cache, I raced over here to discover I've been beaten by only 10 minutes, by Kiwicouple. However a nice classic hide, and another brilliant movement by the NSA forces to flank the western positions. No wonder the opposition are calling for timeout, it seems the Northern Forces have them completely boxed in.
Yes looking forward to a week of R&R over on the North side, we're booked in up at Sullivans bay, Mahurangi, over Xmas.

Well Done Soldier! In fact in view of the work you and you squad have contributed, take some R&R, suggest the North may suit.
At the moment The West seem to be resting on their Laurels.
