On the way back from Gippsland Victoria, and Wagga, this cache was a quick find thanks to the helpful hint. Tftc
Found this cache whilst on our two month adventure throughout central Australia and remote parts of WA.Our last find for the trip and it was a nice easy one, in fact we found it on the ground. Placed it back where thought it should be.Thanks to all the COs for adding to our adventure. TFTC
A quick pull over not far from Bowning. Found on the ground about a meter in front of the sign. Placed it back where we thought it should be.Moving day today as we headed to Bowning, picking up a few caches as we traveled in Gundagai and surrounds and then a quick visit to the Dog On The Tuckerbox. A short stop in Jugiong for a Lab and regrettably a DNF on a D1. (We hope it wasn't there!)After arriving in Bowning we left our caravan after lunch then headed out to find a variety of caches in the area we had missed last visit or were new. A couple of letterboxes to add to the interest and some challenge caches we now need to check to see if we qualify. Even managed to rectify a DNF or two.Thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining the cache Princess_Bogan.**SKI Pair****
Unfortunately, for us, the crisp galleries were closed when we popped in. I guess thats what happens when you stop at 4 PM on a Sunday afternoon. Oh well perhaps next time cute little case thank you for placing it there.
#13598 12:20Day 4 of the Geocaching NSW expedition to Wagga Wagga. Today it was time to head back to Sydney, but not without a few more finds along the way.OCW Everest High, Brewmaker.TFTC Princess_Bogan
Recently, I discovered that I needed a lot more caches that have D/T rating of 1.5/1.5 so that I could claim a Challenge Cache. Those ratings are not of the kind that I would normally target, but today, I did. Having not picked up as many as I would have wished while doing the ES series, I turned my attention to a group of DSD's caches that I knew would be true to their rating. This was one of them, and I thank the CO for placing and maintaining these caches. All logs that were found were in good condition. SL
On our way from Adelong home and thought we would get a few caches. We must go and have a look inside her one day tftc
Nice to pick this one up on my way back home after Christmas in Wagga. Can't believe how often I have driven right past here! Nice fast find on a hot summers day. Thanks for the cache.

Pulled in on the way park to see a muggle coming out of the driveway on a quad bike. We were already at GZ and I spotted the hide before he was out the gate so pretended to be stretching. Signing duties completed and the muggle had now parked his quad bike and had a large plastic bag and was picking up rubbish, and heading towards us. There was no time to put the hide back so we had a chat to the friendly muggle who was preparing for mowing in the area, he said the amount of rubbish was just a week’s worth as he does this every week before mowing. We really can be a grotty species. Anyway we had a good chat and we introduced him to geocaching and he was blown away. Thanks for the smiley and the stop - although I grew up around here I don’t think I’ve ever paid attention to these galleries before.
There was a police lady in a Highway patrol doing a speed trap in the middle of the highway.
Wonder what she thought of our antics, coming down the road. Did not stop to find out. Will be back one day.

On a sunny Winter's morning took to the road seemingly less travelled to find a good number of Challenge and Wherigos mixed with the odd traditional here and there.
Things started well with several fast finds, but things quickly turned a tad nasty when a local nutbag pulled up beside me in his large manly white 4wd ute (rego details available on request) and accused me of taking photos of his property. While I had my iPhone in my hand, the closest I came to taking photos of his long grass and piles of dirt, from a PUBLIC ROAD, was that I was actually carrying the iPhone in my hand. After I pretty much ignored him completely, including his questions as to where I was from I did give him a quick explanation about what Geocaching was, as opposed to ones rights from said public road. 'Never heard of it' was his reply, to which I replied 'well you can follow me along the road for the next 2.5 hours and watch me do exactly the same'. A school mini bus then pulled up next to him where they commenced some sort of conversation to which I was not privy to.
As I was finishing off my draft log, including a few details of the conversation they both suddenly left, without even a pleasantry mind you, and the last I saw of either of them was his TWO MASSIVE BLACK AND WHITE SPOTTED GREAT DANES staring straight back at me as he disappeared off down the road.
With the departure of the crazy cropper I continued on my way without further issue. Up and over hill and dale through some wonderful back road scenery. Eventually rejoined the highway where I turned West for a few major road hides. On my return there was further interaction with a local, this time a member of the constabulary. A quick breathalyser test later and I was back on my merry way.
Pulling into Yass I successfully revisited a previous sneaky DNF and quickie a little further down the road. From there it was straight back to the big smoke just in time for school pickup.
A successful day overall, 1 deluded farmer, 1 pleasant law enforcement officer, 40 finds and 1 DNF.
Apologies for the generic log, anything of further interest added at the end of log. TNLNSL TFTC

It took a minute or two to locate the cache. We focussed our search using the hint but found the cache on the ground. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Princess_Bogan for the cache.
Pulled off the Fwy for a brief time to collect this PNG. Log sheet is almost full and slightly damaged. SL at 9.30am Our 5th find for the morning as we make our way to Narooma for Easter. #7827 TFTC Princess.Bogan
Stopped to do this cache while travelling through this area with ilook4geo. There was no problem in locating the cache after looking around and the log was duly signed with both names before all was carefully put back into place. The log really needs to be replaced for this one. Thanks go to Princess_Bogan for placing this cache.
#10283 - 5:58:00 PM; Following the opening of the Mexican border, I headed south with Sol de lune to get some freight moving and to its final destination before Christmas. Picked up the freight this morning and now headed for home along the Hume. Nice to add some more in this series to the 'found' collection. TFTC Princess_Bogan
Floating around while the others use their amazing skills to find the cache, well, not much help was needed, *ThrosbyOC* had things well under control. Log signed and replaced and the scene evacuated OCW *Throsbyonchurch* and *DustyJasperJet*. TFTC Princess_Bogan! Your efforts in placing and maintaining this cache is much appreciated.
Found along with another smiley ??? ??? too. Thanks for the placement of ***Incoming #10***, *Princess_Bogan*.

**Cache Condition:** Log needs replacing.

I was supposed to have this cache found yesterday but we left late, so now I have to target it today. Lucky it was an easy find. We signed the log in either our names or our initials in some switcheroo form of LP, DJJ, ToC and then returned cache to its hide'y hole exactly as found.
**The Day**
OCW *Little Panther* and *DustyJapserJet*. Cruised down to Binalong to undertake some cache maintenance between here and Wyangala, plus a short few days camping. Want to stay longer but we have a three day Scout hike commitment. On our way to Yass for food and to complete some caches down the freeway that I was intending to target yesterday.
---
***Please don't be hasty - zip and wrap the bags - money, time and effort that has gone into them.***

Now that I had finished the Threatened Species Trail I now knew what I needed to get my target for the day (or so I thought). First goal was 100 and if I could 120 was the next (for Project-GC award). I had accommodation booked in Yass but in the end I went to Binalong and Galong to get a good start before heading into town just on dark.
Galleries are still shut but that didn't stop me quickly finding and signing this cache.

Just the thing for a quick leg stretch on the way from Melbourne to Canberra. A nice, quick and easy find, spotted as soon as I got out of the car. TFTC

On our way home from our grandson's wedding I planned to try for at least one, since this was a blank day on my calendar. The in-car GPS showed this one right beside the road, so a quick stop was made. I searched an obvious, but incorrect place while the hand-held GPS woke up, but then it was a quick and easy find.
The cache was in good condition. We took nothing, left nothing, signed the log and replaced the container as found
Thanks Princess_Bogan for the cache.

A nice morning of caching in Wagga Wagga. Chilly start and windy, but still good caching conditions. Really mixed it up today by doing virtual, puzzles, multi's, earth caches and some traditionals as well. With the exception is one multi all was found and by lunchtime I made my way to Temora and then home via Burley Griffin and Hume.

Found by Mary and David at 11:50. Guessed where this one would be even before we arrived. The freeway is very busy today. Being school holidays, we guess that's why everyone is on the road. In David's RAAF days, we lived in Canberra for quite a few years. Our thanks to Princess_Bogan.
[The Trip] A great afternoon, discovering some cool places and roads I have never traveled before, following a nicely themed new cache trail for the FTFs. The weather was not great, got wet at most stops but not too bad either, never heavy rain and with sun at the very end of the drive. A winding, sometimes narrow road took me all the way to the Burrinjuck dam, with nice views of the water and hills around with misty clouds surrounding their tops today. A bit like a ride back into time with the settlement at the end of the road and an very empty road today.
[This cache] Quick find, all in good order.
Thank you Princess_Bogan for putting the cache out and maintaining it.

Said goodbye to Di Morgan who are heading further South as we head North and Home. Today was the Endangered Species trail hopefully to be able grab them all, while letting the wife get access to watch the Canberra Raiders on the Phone. (Don't ask, today they did not win) Also picking up the outgoing and incoming where we can.
Long day doing the Endangered Species trail, wife watching the Canberra Raiders game on her phone, and I am picking up those that we pass on the way back to yass.

We headed up to Wagga to catch up with The Drovers for a very pleasant evening having a few coldies and planning a bit of the Mega to come.
We headed off in the morning keen to see what would be in store for us at Queanbeyan. Of course we couldn't help but to stop to break up the drive and pick up a couple of caches and this series was a perfect choice.
We hopped out of the car and the GPS was pointing to a logical location and sure enough the cache was found in the first place we looked and the log book now contains our names.
Many thanks Princess_Bogan for the series, we only had time for two this trip but we are already planning a return trip later this year and will hopefully get the rest then.

My final day in the Queanbeyan/Canberra for the ‘Clear Waters’ event. Unfortunately I need to go as I have other things on starting tomorrow and for the rest of the week. On the other hand, I have loved my few days away, catching up and meeting people, attending my first mega, visiting places I have never been before and the time away from home. Today’s mission is to collect most cache types in a day. I started with the Memorial Virtual cache out the road. Next was the Mega and Lab caches. Then it went WherIGo, Letter Box, Earth, Multi, Trad, Mystery and to finish off, a Trig-Point. That is 10 cache types for me today. 9 GC types and 1 GCA type. I loved all the challenges that the lab caches provided me. Also I loved meeting new people and catching up with others and collecting many TB’s. I am also thankful that I didn’t need to do that tree climb in the middle of the showground again. I DID IT IN 2016 but even after showing them my log, no one believed me. I also avenged pass DNF’s while here at the mega. After I had finished my caching trail for today, I ended up getting home by 7pm today. I would like to thank all CO’s for the caches I found and for the allowing them to bring joy to me and others. TFTC’s and TFTE!
15325 Today Robmc and I have left Beechworth and headed for the Mega. Very late starters I must say but here we are. Not many caches gathered up today but once at the Event we did start to do the Lab caches and then grabbed a few more on the way back to our accommodation after dinner.
Our first find for the day as we were trying to move right along, in fact the first one that popped up for us today.
Thanks Princess_Bogan

Left late for the Mega as I was working, so BettyBoo3747 and I only arrived later this afternoon.
We did some lab caches, had dinner at the Mega, and did a few trads on way back to where we were staying.
A quick stop on the way in just to get our hand in before we hit the high density areas.
Thanks, Robmc.
