We have completed 3 steps to this fabulous multi but lucked out at GZ. Couldnt find Claytons key. If it doesnt rain overnight we may head out here before we go home tomorrow.
This is how to have fun on a Saturday. What a great multi as you have to use your head and your senses and have a good laugh. Love the effort put into these gadgets and a definite deserver of a FP Thanks for the enjoyment Tftc
This multi was a lot of fun, waypoint 1 isnt in the best condition but was able to get it to work, waypoint 2 was easy, waypoint 3 had me going for awhile as the age of the stuff has changed the smell a touch, at GZ I needed some help as I was over thinking it. The log book was signed and fav added On the way home from the Capital Geobash Mega in the ACT, today I made my way from Kerang, Vic to home. Today was a matter of finding caches along the road plus meeting up with e.gregory1 in Robinvale to complete the get hooked series. Thanks for the series
Full time Nomads, travelling around Australia since 2014. This is our first visit to Swan Hill and there is sooo much to see and sooo many caches nearby, leaving us spoilt for choice. We headed out early this morning hoping to beat the heat. Lots of wildlife out and about. An abundance of white butterflies, Pelicans, Swans, Rabbits. Even a Frill neck lizard, big sand goanna and even a bat! Unfortunately Mr F also got stung by a wasp whilst searching for a cache. Easy to see the wind damage in the local trees and vegetation from the last fortnight. Super happy to see the lovely silo art and Lake at Boga, which was also very popular with muggles. Wow so much work for this cache. FP from us.TFTC Hercs&pinky [^]
After spending the long weekend with family in cohuna it was time to make our way back to Mildura. Having enjoyed your caches previously we thought we'd take the back roads to Swan Hill (where we plan to have lunch) and find some caches. This was the first one we visited and of course had to back track slightly to complete but we knew we wouldn't be disappointed. Waypoint 1 the kids very much enjoyed and took multiple turns 'finding' the cache. Waypoint 2 was quickly nabbed and on to WP 3. We spent a bit of time working on the puzzle but the mozzies got the better of us so we retreated back to the car to consider the information we'd found and soon identified the correct coordinates and made our way to GZ...which the GeoKids really liked. We were careful not to disturb the 8 leg cache guardian as we received the log. Time for a U-turn and back on track to continue on our way to Mildura. thanks for the adventure.
Hoping to find a few more caches, but only time to complete this fun multi.
TFTC and your great gadgets Hercs&pinky
We will be back for the rest.

10676 Located by baby&Mrs gopher 1445. We enjoy a multi-hide, when it has a challenge with the find all the better. Found WP1 and proceeded onwards. Each WP was different from the last. With smells looking touching and using the noggin. A FP for the challenge. SL Tnx Hercs&pinky
Out for a pre-Easter road trip with the family. Not a geocaching trip but I managed to talk my wife into doing a few favorited caches today.
Wifey was enjoying the gadget caches we’d found this morning so she gave the green light to head on down to try our luck at this multi.
All things went very well and we arrived at GZ in no time. Accessing the cache stumped us for a moment but the answer popped out soon enough.
Great few WPs

It’s MEGA Road Trip time!! A plan is hatched and we are good to go.
DAY TWELVE: Still in Koondrook, and with this heat, we decided we needed a chill day, so only one to keep the streak alive.
We had fun checking out each of these waypoints. I especially liked the first and last waypoints.
Thanks for bringing us here today by placing this cache, Hercs&pinky

Day #12 of the MEGA road trip. Keeping close to water today after a day out in the heat.
This is an epic multi with a load of effort gone into it and I was pleased to have it within a reasonable distance as I had a gap to fill. We worked our way through the challenges and I was thankful for OzHockeyChicks help at WP3 as I had no idea, although my tshirt now smells accordingly! The final cache fooled us momentarily but we soon accessed the log and signed the cache. Worthy of a favourite point here and time for a swim!
Thanks Hercs&pinky for placing this gamepiece in the wild for us to find.

Brilliant! So clever and creative and rapt to find it all. Wish I could award a fave for each stage. So so good. Thanks heaps for the fun. TFTC

Making the most of Holidays and being able to travel. I decided on a 4 day trip that seen me head up to Swan Hill then down via Lake Boga, Kerang, Koondrook, Cohuna, Leitchville, Mt Terrick Terrick NP, Corop, Colbinabbim Rushworth, Whroo and finally Nagambie (then back home to St.Arnaud). Lots of back tracks taken and lots of dust to clean out of the ute. It was over 1250km travelled and flying solo on this trip I had lots of fun finding the caches.
I took a couple more wedges out of my 360Deg “finds from home” map and ticked off a couple of caches that I have heard about that were on my “to find” list.
There was a huge Variety of caches found from bird boxes to Fridges, Wall mountable tool boxes to Eclipse tins, with the odd ammo can thrown in. A couple of head scratching gadget caches chewed up some time but will be memorable for time to come. Numerous puzzles that I had solved i managed to find and I even managed to make good on a couple of DNFs, and add some more DNFs to my list. Even though I was out on my own I still had to use a couple of PAFs to get by. Thanks guys.
I shot, and gatheted up. Went fishing, boy he was deep down. Then my nemisis......... i got a couple right but afte a couple goes around it all seemed the same. Using the hint I wandered off seeing it things wore off well lucky me i wandered the right way n found the cache.... now to get in. Some time later i seen something move..... hmmm? Yep, a great twist. Glad i got into this one.
Wish i could give more than 1 fave, it deserves it.

The second day of our adventure had us at another awesome gadget cache.....hmm did we say 'gadget cache'? We meant 4 different gadgets in one cache.
At the first stage we kept our eyes peeled so we could go fishing then we used another sense to reach the last waypoint. Loved the 3rd gadget, this one was heaps of fun. Once we arrived at GZ we struggled with the hint for awhile until the penny dropped after some investigation.
Thanks so much Hercs&pinky for not only 1 clever cache but 4!
Unfortunately 1 favourite point is all we can give this multi.

Hi there Hercs&pinky.
We found your cache **"Backaboga #5 - Multi Gadgets"** today.
We are staying in Swan Hill for a while, and today Ian wanted to take a photo of the "Mile Post" for a photography challenge he's attempting. On the way we logged "Teaching Old Dogs", that we DNF'd yesterday, and then continued our trek back to camp along the Back Boga Road. All up we found 19 caches and DNF'd 0 - a very welcome change from our run yesterday.
Thanks for placing this cache here. Over the years, Geocaching has taken us on many adventures and to lots of wonderful destinations all over Australia. Without 'caching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our nomadic wanderings. 'Caching has also introduced us to a diverse group of like-minded people, many of whom we now call friends. Thanks also for not placing a mint tin or a 200ml Sistema here. It made us feel really good to find this "special" cache here. We would have loved to add a favourite point for each stage of this cache, unfortunately Groundspeak has other ideas.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found your cache roughly where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape. (WP 1 was blocked with two huge cotton balls we assume were spiders eggs).
**Took:** Nothing
**Left:** Smiley Badge.
Thank you Hercs&pinky for adding to our adventure.
Regards
Ian & Penny

Added extra drain hole and replaced damaged coords at WP 2
Refreshed part of WP3

Should be back in action in the next day or two

Worked out and found with tassie expat while up here for a few days. Had the "ahaa" moment, well, tassie did. Thanks for giving us a reason to come down this road. Tftc
What a great collection of gadgets. Loved the 1st (had 2 goes because growing up is optional). Knew of several tricks for gz and number 3 worked. So much effort. Fav pt given for the work involved, construction of each waypoint and final. TFTC
My final cache for the day. Had no problems with any of the gadgets until we got to the final. We stood and looked and poked and prodded and finally phoned a friend. Just as she answered the phone, my muggle friend had an aha moment and had the box open. TFTC we thoroughly enjoyed it.
An awesome trail. Really fun and exiting. The last one was a trick but got into it quick. TFTC
WOW. This multi is AMAZING and highly recommended!!! Glad we chose today and not the last 44° days to try this one. Gave it a fav!! Not really wheelchair friendly, but we got him in for a look at all the waypoints, eventually.
LOVED wp1, although someone had unstrapped it from the tree, (there is no need to undo the straps, people!) Tied him back up and gave it a go. AWESOME.
Our noses are still sensitive after finding wp3, which was made harder by the GPS doing weird things and us looking for a "gadget". Read the hint!!!!
Well done Hercs and Pinky!!
This is the best!

I found the first stage yesterday
But I was headed the wrong way !!
Today I went Backaboga again,
and was determined to find this cache
Waypoint two was entertaining [^]
As was waypoint three [^]
But that last waypoint was too much for me !! [XX(]
I just took note of the clue and headed off to where I guessed the cache might be
Booyah !!
A cache was found.
Getting the logbook out took a bit of fiddling around
But you can't fool me with this type of hide [^]
I've visited Warialda NSW before
Thanks for a very entertaining,
olde skool type cache chase
Reminds me of the good olde days back in the mid 2000's when multicaches ruled
You can keep waypoint 3 though !! [:o]
Lucky there was an easy way to get to GZ

After a DNF we decided to come and do this multi.
What a great multi loved it
The challenges at each W/P were really interesting.
After getting to GZ we made a quick find. We put on the thinking caps
And soon had the logbook in our hands . We really loved the whole lot and you
Get a favourite point from us.
Signed and replaced back in place.
Thanks Hercs&pinky for placing this well thought out multi.

After hitting the slopes of Falls Creek for a few days it is time to head home to SA grabbing caches along the way. TFTC
Another great cache but unfortunately my sense of smell is not that great.

After setting up camp alongside our caching buddies the Suscoe Duo we couldn't resist a foray among the plethora of jointly unfound caches to the south of town.
As we arrived at camp, Cachly was showing this cache as still unfound, so after lunch we headed here. What a range of gadgets! Great fun to complete the activities, sensory reminders of the last wpt staying with us for the afternoon!
A well deserved FP awarded here.
Thanks 'Hercs&pinky' for adding this amazing cache to the gameboard.

Suscoe had been planning a week away to Swan Hill for a fair while and we had prepared a range of caching days heading back and forth from Swan Hill.
We had set up at the caravan park and we were joined by Phetlern. After doing the hard work in getting the vans sorted we had lunch and then decided to head out to the south of town to find a few caches.
We noticed that there was a cache that showed up as unfound out that way and so we headed there first. We discovered that the First to Finder had not logged it on line yet
Well, were we impressed and pleased that we headed here first.
What a terrific multi with really well put together stages and some inventive work.
We gathered the waypoint info bit by bit and finally arrived at GZ.
Thanks to Hercs&pinky for this outstanding multi.
A well deserved favourite point.

You little ripper. A First To Find for us this arvo. Found at 4.55pm on this Tuesday afternoon.Saw this one pop up at Lunchtime so we headed out after work and after finding all the multi's we found a virgin log-book. What a great cache with all the different hides. TFTC. SL. Took the torch which was the FTF prize and left a calling card and more swaps for the kids to find. Giving this one a Fav. Another great cache from H & P. We loved all the cache out on this road, we wonder if there will be any more. Cheers.
