Last time i found a cache around here was a few years ago and i kayaked down to it ( the very long way to get there but fun ) today i walked in from the listed car parking co ords. quick find. took tb.
found with mogni after having chips at the beach. Needed to find 2 caches today to get the " Deuces Wild - 2's Day sournvier " for 22/2/22. I also needed to get 4 caches today to get 10 caches found on every calendar day, 23 days out of 366 to go.

Having had some dinner down the beach, sir_spectre and I wandered off to find a few nearby smilies. We went for a lovely stroll to pick this one up, having followed the tracks on the GPS, we had to back track and follow a more direct route. Lots of birds on the water.

A nice walk along the river down to this cache, arrived and soon spotted the hide, unfortunately the cache was full of earwigs but they all got cleaned out. Cache is otherwise all good

Today we headed south to go for a nice walk on the George, although due to the heat only one in and out was done before lunch down in norlunga.

Found on my Wednesday morning jog/cache. Loved this one. Awesome container. Very peaceful morning. Saw kayaker just before I found cache. Said hello and then went on to find cache. Easy find in a very cute container. TFTC

This was a "yeah, Nah" for me this morning aswell. I, too, circled the tree about 4 times and even searched on the ground in case it had fallen.

A DNF for me today.

A quick find of a cute cache container! TFTC

After work this evening, I needed to pick up a package on South Road, and so decided to continue down south for a few required cache types, and spend some time geocaching around Huntfield Heights and Noarlunga Downs, including some walks around wetlands areas and the Onkaparinga Estuary. There are a few really nice areas that appear to be rarely visited, but at least geocaching helps to promote these treasured sights.

I thought I would approach this from a small loop after finding the CO's other cache nearby. However I wasn't expecting the predator section being completely fenced off to visitors. So all the tracks on the geocaching trail map were basically private. Bugger. So jogged back halfway, and then followed the river to reach this one. A bit of a short hike, but an enjoyable off-road track. Once at GZ, at least the cache was quickly seen. The cache container and logbook were in good shape. Thanks allister w for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance. The train extension/bridge was pretty cool also.

Went for a wander today. Nice find TFTC.

I needed to find a micro cache today for a personal challenge and as it was a lovely day I decided to come here to find the couple in this part of the reserve. [^]
I had a nice walk, a couple of times having to get out of the way of some kids cycling along the path.
Arrived at GZ pretty sure of what I was looking for and had a smile as I saw the cache.

As we approached I explained to my muggle mate what a "hanging" Allister w cache normally looked like!!! We found something very different but on opening it there was the familiar container. A favourite for a nice walk...… lovely location …… spot on co ordinates ….. and a cute container!!

Wondered where to walk this afternoon and remembered we hadn't found this cache yet. Took a couple of young bucks who Had been looking bored. Thanks allister.
