In the way to the Sedan event, I stopped for a few caches along the way. Quick find here. Thank you Dazzle072, for placing Temperance Hotel for the geocaching community.# # #15305 # #
After attending the event in Sedan we found this cache as we made our way back to Angaston, a quick find. TFTC
Find # 14616Been a while since I've been out solo for a long trip. But things change over time. And I'm living the past.So with some time off work, I've jumped the border wall to chase down some long trails in South Aussie... don't know how many I'll get. But I've got quite a few downloaded. I do have a short hit list ( of 2) caches to help with a challenge. All others are just for the Adventure and countryside views. Armed with all the necessary TOTT from tweezers and magnet grab to 6m ladder and 8m fishing pole. I believe I'm prepared for all that I'll come across. (Just had to leave the Kayak at home )Day 2. Murray Bridge to Swan Reach, via Nuriootpa to visit Geostuff.Managed to get my hit list, of 2 done today... a few others thrown in. A couple of short sharp trails and the fireman's hat.... then focused on the high Terrain "On your bike" caches west of Swan Reach...Passing through I stopped off for this one... nice simple logical hide... like it TFTC Mattycat
Headed for Sedan for a couple days geocaching, mainly working on the On your Bike series. Picked up some others along the way there as well as going home. Found 211 for the trip and caches were in good order unless mention in the logs. TFTC
With the big targets finished, we headed out today to wander around an area that we had been passing through to get to our targets. There was also a trail nearby that we had also solved. Everything looked for was found. Thanks to the CO's for the caches.#9206
Greenock to SedanStopping for a couple of caches along the wyToday we did a varied types of caches, in many interesting locations. Thanks Mattycat for hiding this cache.
bunadoorian and I came out here this morning to find a cache in another LGA. I am chasing LGA' s for a challenge cache in SA. I found the cache first today. TFTC and for bringing us to this lovely area of SA - Mattycat.
I am trying to make the Feb29 Mega in Adelaide my 20,000th find, and that means keeping a close eye on my numbers. So this is just a temporary log to help me keep my numbers accurate. I'll expand on this when I get home.Find # 19913
Another JAMS (JJ52, allister w, mogni & sir_spectre) day was organised heading up north again to find some pole caches, some D/T combinations and various others on our travels. We were joined by Mrs travellinbees and GTA5 and had a fun day winding our way along lots of dirt roads and tracks trying to find some out of the way caches. We made it to Truro for lunch at the bakery then headed off to the south east before heading home.Another quick find on our magical mystery tour around this area. Thanks for the cache Mattycat.
Quick find.Out on the monthly outing with the JAMS crew ( JJ52, Allister W, Mogni plus sir_spectre ) but not mitchell&hound since she is off on a extended holiday. Travellin'bees and GTA5 joined us for the day out as well. Today's targets were to get a ladder cache and some solved puzzles that require a extension pole then turn right at Nurioopta and find hopefully about 40 caches so i can get closer to 20,000 and find my 20, 000 cache over in Victoria just after christmas. The only other target we had was to get the " Pirate Project " cache since onlt 8 " Pirate Project " caches were published in South Australia and 3 of the JAMs crew published " Pirate Project " caches and so did the Jams account. The weather was nice for a change and while no snakes were sighted we did find 3 lizards. We fixed a few broken containers and replpaced any full or wet logsheets.
The JAMS (JJ52, allister w, mogni, sir_spectre) joined the travellinbees and GTA5 for a fun day out north grabbing a few more more caches as one of us aims for 20 000 finds.....Any cahes that needed some help were fixed. Thanks to Mattycat from mogni .
Travelling Australia in our caravan since February 2014.Stopping a few days in Sedan. After spending the morning with Freddo we headed out in the afternoon to tackle a few more caches on our own.TFTC Dazzle072
Stopped to grab a drink but all I found was a cache. I suppose that’s still a good day. TFTC

A nice looking establishment. Didn't go in as I don't drink (alcohol, though temperance could mean no alcohol served). Thanks Mattycat.
Found by Mary and David at 14:30. What an interesting history. So much to learn about this area. fancy having two containers at GZ here - signed both. Does that count as two finds? Our thanks to Dazzle072.
Out caching on the first hot spring day with uni and Medusa and southern cross caching. We solved the on your bike series some time ago as a joint effort and now out finding the hides on our virtual imaginative bikes... Uni riding the one wheeler, me on an old shonky treadly and SXC navigating by star light.
Thanks for the cache.

Travelling from Punyelroo to Nuri with iluvtrekking on a very chilly morning. Thanks for the hide.
Found on our way back home after spending two nights at Babbler Campsite in Gluepot Reserve, a loop out to Waikerie, and one night at Morgan Conservation Park. Thanks for the cache Dazzle072!
The usual Wednesday Wander for members of Befuddled Puzzle solving group had us heading once again towards Swan Reach in search of the last 50 or so new additions to the ever growing On Your Bike Series. Today it was myself, Blackadders, SA Sewer Rats and Astro. [:o)] Lots of hours doing jigsaws in preparation for today and we found all of the new additions to this series including perhaps a strange First to Find which had a blank log book but had previously been claimed. What can I say - we took turns climbing ladders and trees so everyone joined in the fun.
Having found now all the current OYB caches it was time to head home. We a little early so Astro and I made some stops along the way. A very quick find in the first place I looked. love it when that happens.
Only one of the three goals from last year achieved. So once again I will trying to get the other two this year. [^] Should be easy as I only have to get two multi caches in July from the lockdown and couldn't get out. [:o)] The other was DNF's that came down from over 50 to the low teens before blowing out again but I really want to see only single a single digit this year.
***Thanks Dazzle072 for putting out this cache and maintaining it for our enjoyment. ***
Logs prepared and published through GSAK.

A quick stop at the hotel on the way home. No beers could be seen but a nice new log could be signed. The rain and lightning was coming down so we decided not to check in for too long!
Thanks to Dazzle072 and **clear skies** from TeamAstro. [^] Cache the planet! [^]
Apologies to those who have noticed the 'needs maintenance' icon that is still visible. Geo was nicely replaced as first initial one was stolen. All is good. Enjoy the read on Temperance Hotel
TFTC. Along with miff1 we though today would be a good chance to explore some of the Barrossa. We. Had earmarked a virtual cache at Hamley Bridge as our primary objective. We would stop and find other caches as we came close. We lunched at Nurioopta before completing a tour of their Historic wineries. A great relaxing day,
