No matter how far I travel, the most recent cachers are always familiar names from Canberra! This was a nice quick find. Loved the water tank art. There are some nice examples of this in the ACT, too.TFTC!
An enjoyable long weekend caching with friends around the Southern Tablelands.Quick find in a beautiful location. TFTC tandm86!

Day 6 of our central NSW adventure had us exploring Cowra this morning in a sea of thick thick fog that never lifted. But explore we did! Quick find here. Thanks

Travelling home after a great trip to Bathurst with Team Crackers, Geoturtle37 & Papi4506.We picked up a few caches along the way. This is one of the caches we stopped at. A quick search and the cache was located, signed and replaced. Many thanks for placing this cache, tandm86, for us and others to find.
Hi tandm86,The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention, or it may not but in the absence of the cache owner performing maintenance and/or disabling the cache to check it out, I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 4 weeks) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.If you require more time please be sure to **post a note** (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 4 weeks to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.Ngaambul - Matt
New fence and there is no cache here.Sorry to have to tell you but your cache needs some work. We were not able to carry out any repairs. May be next time.
We are on our way to the Capital Geobash Canberra 2024. Rain and tents arent ideal bedmates so we hotfooted it to Cowra. Weve been here a few days caching and organising for Canberra. Today we are trying to get as many traditionals as we can as we need only 26 more for a challenge cache in Canberra. What a shame this was a DNF. I saw Eastern Rosellas and water tower art! Thanks tandm86 for placing and maintaining this cache.
On the way back to Canberra today and thought we would stop to pick up a few caches in Cowra, starting with this one. Cute little hide with great parking. As others have mentioned, the log is full. TFTC!
With dot558 after camping at Darby Falls passing thru to go to Canberra Great viewsThanks ps the log needs replacing
Day 126 of our greynomad trip up north from Vic which started in June, and day 125 of a streak. With QOGM done and dusted for it's final year we are heading the caravan towards home, well sort off. Goal is to tick off LGA's and missing sectors in 360 degrees from home. Wandered to GZ and spotted quickly. Barb wire got me with that nasty nano.TFTC TB's visited

Cowra trip Winter 2023 Day 2. I have been watching the growing number of caches in and around Cowra so I felt it was time to head out there and see how I could go trying to find them. The Canberra weather was pretty dreary, but it got nicer the further west I went. The caching was a bit up and down, I was happy to find some really difficult caches, but then failed to find others. The second day was a time to visit the War cemetery and the POW camp. I have not been as far into either as much before. I managed to find all but one of the caches I tried today. I had an uneventful drive home and it got wetter as I went. I wonder where I will go next ?
Long wet grass and a very tiny cache made for a challenging find here. I am glad I was able to make the find.
Thanks for the cache tandm86

Day three on our short trip north to find some better weather. BettyBoo3747, the geodoggies and I are heading to Cowra and back. Today we are caching around Cowra!.
It was a simple hide, but the next entrance was muggle infested, so we found this one, but couldn't look for the next one.
Thanks, Robmc.

#20962. Day 3 of a short holiday over the border in NSW with Robmc and the geodoggies. Spent the night in Cowra on the banks of the river (in the caravan park) and awoke to a frosty morning that soon turned into a glorious Autumn day. Plenty of caching around town, scenery to admire and Cowra's war history to immerse ourselves in, walks to be had and cycle paths that will encourage us to bring the bikes on our next visit.
Another tiny cache, names added and we continued on.
Thanks tandm86

Left Yass early for a mini road trip to Cowra so allrounder could do Parkrun. We decided to spend a few hours picking up some caches after she finished. Plenty of caches in the area so we will have to return to get some more.

Together with my son, I am on a camping trip from Sydney to Broken Hill and back. On our 3000 km journey over 11 days we have seen some wonderful little towns, beautiful landscapes and many interesting geocaches.
Driving through the Peace precinct we picked up some new caches that have been put out since we were here the last time around.
TFTC.

Bathurst to Cowra. Staying at the showground.
It started with a very rainy day but at we neard Carcoar the weather started to clear. So we didn't do any of the caches we had planned to do along the road.
The other incident that happened in front of us, was a cow falling form the top of a cattle truck. Awfull to see such an injured animal.
There were so many new caches here, since we last visited.
Cowra is certainly an interesting town, this showed in the amazing locations that we found caches around town
Thankyou to all the CO's for placing these caches.

In Cowra for the weekend on our way to Barmera for the 18th National Caravan Rally.
Have been to Cowra previously and it is very hot today, so only out to see the new murals on the water tanks and collect a few new caches in the POW camp area.
Thanks tandm86 and topia18.

In the area overnight on the way to the Bathurst 12 Hour Race grabbing some caches around town TFTC
Amazing how hard it is to spot small things even when you know what to expect. TFTC
Didn't see this one yesterday, but made sure we stopped and picked this up. Co-less spot on, otherwise we would not have found this.

Headed out to Cowra today to grab a few caches, and on the way back out of town, we stopped by this one. On of the last ones for the day, and it didn’t take long to spot where the cache was.

Found this little thing hanging around on a wire. All good with this one. Thanks again
We decided that it was time to go on a day trip to Cowra to look for some of the new caches that had popped up in the area since we were last there. Texted Rapidlywild to see if she was interested in joining us on for the journey. It was a pretty cold day with the winds but thankfully no rain which was a bonus. No DNF's for us today which was a great and all caches were found pretty quickly and we managed to get all of the caches we targeted with a couple of labs thrown in for good measure.
Nice quick find at this one.
Thanks for the hide tandm86 topia18 and thanks for a good day out Rapidlywild.

The FFLL ladies had decided they wanted to go on a little tiki tour around Cowra and reached out with an invite, yes please It was a cold day however the rain held off and we were able to achieve our target area and managed to clean up again for a while. We completed 2 labs and a heap of trads and assorted caches which included an unexpected FTF.
A nice easy find here, signed and replaced as found.
Thanks for the hides tandm86 And thanks to the FFLL ladies for a fun day out and about around Cowra [^].

Fitzy_1965 and I decided to head to Cowra for the weekend. Day 2 saw us up early and on the road again after a quick stop at the Golden Arches for a coffee.
As it has been a few years since we were last here, there has been a nice number of new caches in the area. Fitzy had kept himself busy by doing all the puzzling before headed out. Always good to find a Joshwa27 cache or two along with caches by others along the way.
We had a fun couple of days and found a nice camp spot for our second night in using the van instead of our tent. Definitely warmer than Bathurst last weekend.
All caches were found quickly and easily unless otherwise mentioned. Many thanks to the CO’s.

28,237. Found with minniek during a fun weekend run up to Cowra.
Day 2. Over many years of caching runs around and through Cowra I have come to really enjoy this town with some amazing history. We had previously - after many visits - finally 'cleaned out' Cowra, so it was fantastic to see many new caches by Joshwa27 and tandm86 (plus some others) appearing everywhere. So much so that we decided on a last minute run up this way this weekend. After a toasty night in our van, we headed out to try for the rest of the new caches in Cowra. This was the next one. Quick find at GZ. Stamped the log, replaced the cache as found, then headed to the next one on our list.
Thanks tandm86 !!

After weeks of puzzling finally in the area to collect on my work. Start at Cowra with a Parkrun at 8 and then work my way to Bathurst. Also picking up the traditionals of course. Day started wet, but that doesn't stop me.
