This is the second time I've found myself at GZ, once with Ozibags, and now with GoodLook. I've attached a pic of me back in 2012 - the cars have a different paint job now.
GoodLook and I were in the USA from Australia with our primary purpose to attend the GPS Adventure Maze and GeoWoodstock XVII in Fort Worth Texas, but then our plans expanded....
Whilst in the US I attended the ASP Geobash Mega in NY State; visited family friends near Detroit; went on a long road trip where we checked out Death Valley in California, and unique sights in Nevada, Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas.
The scenery, towns and adventures were both interesting and varied. It was great catching up with US and Canadian friends (new and old), and making plans for future trips.
We certainly targeted virtuals, earth caches, Adventure Labs, events and several trails. Your virtual being one on our 'must do list'.
Thanks thehairyhillbilly for keeping the virtual alive.

It was a windy day today but we fought our way to make our mark. TFTC.

On our way to LA this is a must stop. With some other cachers we made this One. TFTC
a group of people was repainting all cars in green today was very hard to search what tire don't turn hope we got this one right TFTC
Stopped by the ranch while in Amarillo - I don't think I'd put it in the same category as the Arch in St. Louis - but it is a well visited landmark. Giving a favorite for a fun stop for caching and Route 66 nostalgic fun. TFTC
Today Mrs. Gadget #2, medicrncen and I visited this much talked about attraction. It was blowing very hard but we trudged onward to GZ. Lots Of other folks were here as well.
Took some pictures and gave all tires and wheels a spin. The results are being sent to the C/O TFTH -G-

I have been wanting to visit this site for many years. A business trip finally provided the means.
Passing through on the road between NV and NY and could not resist stopping for this virtual. (Needed a break any way) walked out stretching my legs and Geodogs too.
We took some pictures that will attach when I am at a stop later.
Great cache.

This was quite the bucket-list cache! Took a small detour on our way to Denver to visit the DAM Van Gogh exhibit. Great fun. TFTVC!
Wandering back to CA and picking up some caches along the way.
Second time here this time we did a little spin at the Cads.
Answer on the way.

I drove here all the way from Albuquerque this afternoon/evening. And then back. Why, you ask? Well, Amarillo is between 1100 and 1200 miles from my house, and it is the only distance I needed for the Very Well Traveled Cacher Challenge. So, finding myself in ABQ for the week, I snuck out of work early and drove all the way to grab a couple at the right distance.
And this one was my first choice! How fun! I love it. It is this kind of thing that makes virtual caches irreplaceable. Thanks for hiding and maintaining it!

One of 2 caches we did in the area today - the other was Bug Ranch. Otherwise, it was too hot for geocaching and we just toured the area in the air-conditioned car. Thanks for bringing us to this unique site. (Confirmation message sent - didn't want to lose track of this one when we move on to log caches in Kansas and Colorado tomorrow. LOL!)

Greetings from Australia. We are on a bus trip across America to get our kicks on route 66. This was one of the places I really wanted to stop We graffiti the Cadillac in the rain took heaps of photos. Tftc giving this one a favorite point.
Heading back to Michigan with rootee2t and annaLasagna after spending the holiday in SoCal. We stopped along the way to break up the monotony of the drive with a cache or two. We've been by here several times, but I never realized it was a hands on exhibit. We enjoyed the experience even though it was dark. We made the visit here at 8:05 PM.
#6258 - rootee2t sent the e-mail for the team.
TFTVC!

What a trip on the old route 66 together with Saxony. Today from Amarillo in Texas to Las Vegas in New Mexico.
This was one beautiful cache of many which we could found on this day.
Thanks for showing us this wonderful place.

[red]When I left Alabama, this was one of my must stops along the way. I have seen this place many many times in movies and other things. I have heard about this place from friends and now I was finally able to stop and claim the find! I took several photos and found the answers to the cache. Thanks for keeping this virtual going and thanks for the cool find![/red]
US11. Quite a few people were wandering to and fro here. The heat made it all a bit harder, but it is a very odd display. e-mail sent. Thanks

We are on a road trip to the Grand Canyon for a family vacation. From the first day I started planning this trip, 6 months ago, I discovered that Cadillac Rance existed and I've been excited to get here ever since. This place didn't disappoint in the slightest. To get a smiley is icing on the cake.
Thanks!
Thanks!
