Finally getting around to logging this one. We visited GZ with a small group of our US friends.
I am a retired paramedic, so have worked very closely with fire fighters across the years.
Thanks for the virtual.

One of my vacations I spent in the western U.S., where I had an amazing round trip through California, Arizona, Utah and Nevada... [^] At this tour our group also came to San Diego and walked through it and visited i.a. the Big House, the Church Of The Immaculate Conception, La Plaza de Las Armas, Balboa Park, Seaport Village and - for me definitely the climax - the Aircraft carrier "USS Midway"... Thanks for the additional information about this building...

Last cache of the day after a pleasant walk through the Gaslamp Quarter and along the harbour then back to the hotel. The name and clear directions left me in no doubt as to which building I should be focusing on. Answers sent. TFTC.
Visiting from Vancouver. We found this on a wet and cold day after shopping at nearby Horton Plaza. We were thinking one type of "big house" and were pleasantly surprised at what we found. Answers will be sent. Thanks for bringing us here.
Find # 2095 as part of the Koalacanuck family (mama/papa/junior) on a sunny September geocaching day while in San Diego (4th of 10 for the day with 0 DNF). TFTVC - cache is in good condition. On behalf of the Koalacanuck family, I will email answers separately.

We thought long and hard about where we wanted our 2800th cache find to be. We wracked our brain, weighing the options, considering how it would affect the upcoming presidential inauguration, agonizing over its role in the just-restarted American Idol. It was a big responsibility that we weren't going to shirk. After months of torture we took the logical step and selected this as #2800. In the end it was easy because after we found it we noticed that the number 2800 popped up. Problem solved! Plants aligned. Space-Time-Continuum preserved. The land of the free and the home of the brave marches forward! Thanks for the great hide at about 0714.

No statue left but nice view of the big house. Email sent. Nice looking Big House though. Pretty busy place tonight.
A cache close to my hotel, I had to do it. They were busy the previous night; it woke me up a few times. My first cache in San Diego, thanks!

Made the quick find as we headed up toward Little Italy and eventually back to rest our feet after a long day of urban hiking. Thanks for the fun find!
Being a firefighter from Australia and here for the Firehouse World Conference, I was always going to find this one. Thanks.
Found on a great caching adventure with the Simpson Clan. Didn't have to leave the car, just twice around the block and we had the answers.
Thanks for the fun...
