Couldnt find it initially but after looking at a couple of logs, all became clear.Great views heredeserving of another favourite pointTFTC
What an excellent location. . Certainly is a nice view. And a pleasant walk from the road, too.
In all our travels we would not have even thought to travel to this location. (HaHa). In your dreams, these cachers do. [:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort. Devilish Brilliant and Clever I like it Another one off the list TTBLNSL TFTC/TFTH/TFBUH - Barry and Beryl (Hurtle) [^]
TYFTC! Very tricky! Its hard to hide a big one like that Swapped an item and logged xx-Mummy and Levi
I had walked up the Pipeline Track and was deciding whether to walk down the road to this one or stay within the park. As this wasn't too far it was an easy decision in the end. Felt a bit odd going through the gate, though reassured that it was a public road and therefore I could, and the views from each this vantage point were lovely. At GZ I spied the likely hide very quickly, though this type of hide a few years ago would have had me going around in circles. TFTC Barry and Beryl and for maintaining it Hurtle
Spending a few days in the Southern suburbs visiting some new places. I don’t come down this way too often so plenty of unfound caches here to keep me occupied.
I really should come here more often…it’s beautiful around here.
Quick find here.
Thanks for the cache Barry and Beryl (adopted by Hurtle).

If it was supposed to be in the hole in the log where the gps point is placed it is not otherwise well hid
This is really cool! I always love finding really different ones like this. Thanks for the awesome cache.
Took a bit of searching but once I trusted my gps and spotted the odd thing out the cache was quickly located.

For me, as a kid it was hard to get to. TFTC. There was no mat. We were looking on the wrong side of the road, but eventually found it.
TFT! An interesting start to the day with a nice cache and a chat with the local sheep
Found with 2011*turtle, SuperViolet, 1MOOBEAR on a day geocaching. Great cache and lovely views. TFTC
Phenomal cache. Really got to trust the gps. Helps.
I would highly recommend it. Found it on the 17th of jan 2022. Highlight of the day with 1moobear, VJ187 and 2011*turtle. Getting another favourite. Enjoy and be relentless.

What a nice cache for my 75th find! A nice solid cache with lots of goodies inside, an amazing view and a clever hide with the original 2005 log. Thanks Hurdle for taking the time to hide this cache.
They certainly dont do caches like these anymore! Good to get this older cache. A lovely walk with great views.
The usual Wednesday wanderings for the befuddled. The targets were the Azzo puzzles and any others that we went past. A great hide and a fav given including a thanks to Hurtle for keeping this alive. Thank you for the placement of the Back Track cache Barry and Beryl (adopted by Hurtle) find number 8413 on 1 September 2021 at 12:41 pm
It is that time of the week, when the befuddled geo animals go wandering.
The Adder collected the Rat, and the Starfish collected the Star gazer (Astro).
Took a bit of a search. Finally found the cache.
Then the fun started to open it.
Got it open, stamped the log book.
Thanks Hurtle for maintaining this old cache.
A fave point awarded.
A day full of laughs, stories and caches. Tftc

Quick detour from walking the Pipeline Track on a glorious sunny Sunday. Quick spot by Cazzamataz and good size for her TB. Stunning views. TFTC #512.

Found with a gaggle of young geokids. Great spot, lovely views and easy find for kids. TFTC

hevwalker & I were out and about today caching around the southern suburbs.
It took a bit of going around in circles to discover something else we had missed.
Not many of these types of caches left, pity they are no longer allowed.
Thanks for bringing us to this hidden area Barry and Beryl, its why I love geocaching.

This cache was found today on a bit of s circuit down south with Bob From Elsewhere. We travelled down to McLaren Vale, across to the Kuitpo area, then back up through Meadows and Aldgate. We were also joined by FeatherWaite for a large part of the journey.
We had terrific weather and managed to visit a number of different cache types including some older traditionals and multis such as this one.
We drove up to this one for a quick find. It was interesting to watch Bob’s gate closing technique - enough said!
Thanks Hurtle for the cache.

After finding a nearby FTF that had been published, [@gridge98](http://coord.info/PRGKDMY) and I called past this oldie cache to clear some of the area. We had both thought that we would need to walk from the gate, but then [@gridge98](http://coord.info/PRGKDMY) read the description and saw that we could open the gate to keep driving on. So we took the lazy option rather than the 200 m walk. At GZ, we were both looking around the bushes in the wet grass, and thinking why this regular sized cache wasn't obvious. I followed my GPS exactly when I saw the type of hide. A great cache indeed, and it was nice to have found this 2005 oldie.
Retrieved the logbook and all was good. I dropped a *Winging it to Wineries* TB which had an objective to hang around the wineries. I thought this cache was close enough! Thanks Barry and Beryl for the placement, and of course to Hurtle for its ongoing survival and maintenance. Cheers.

After getting FTF on a puzzle nearby, Davidwazza and I made our way to this cache, after a short search the cache was soon found. Contents are all good.

Awesome cache. Favourite so far. Great swaps. No ground mat in cache as described but apart from that fantastic. Felt a little bit like we were trespassing but after reading notes were reassured that it was OK. Geokids very excited because they hadn't seen GC of this type before. Tftc
Had me foxed for a while. Where could something that large be? Brilliant hide. TFTC
Had a meeting down south today, then found a few caches with Purrfect Di.
This was one of them
Practically a drive by, but with nice views and a well concealed hide!
Good to tick off an oldie too

Lovely walk down a track that we wouldn't have gone down otherwise! Nice to find an old cache with the original book, had a flick through some of the older entries - there were some lengthy entries there! Great hide, well constructed, fave from us. TFTC
Woo hoo it's Friday frolicking again. Once again I met up with Froghopping for the second of probably many treks into the Onkaparinga River National Park on the search for those elusive smileys. Continuing our clockwise navigation around the park we added another three in the ORNP series which was enough to confirm one of the puzzles and started collecting digits for the second. Today we only did about 12 kms of hiking and went up 77 floors of elevation in doing it a big drop from a fortnight ago but we were dodging rain showers and had a little less time. [B)] We got about a half dozen in the park and a few more just outside. Still gonna take a few more trips. [:o)]
We opted for the open and close gate and drive to the cache option. Looked in a few obvious spots before remembering it was an old style cache. Then the hide was obvious. A great well constructed old style cache. Pity we can't do these anymore. Great views. Looks like we might get wet soon.
**Thanks Hurtle for this cache. **

An interesting little spot you'd never visit if not for caching! Nice cache hide to! I've seen this style of hide many times but this is best version of it that I've seen!

Cool breeze here today and partly overcast.
We walked in and a good thing considering the deep wet cutout in the track.
Chelle wants to fill the Month Hidden grid and this one knocks one off. Added bonus is that I hadn't found it.
Love some of these older caches.

Ohh my gawd ... so sneaky dont look to hard into it, under my nose the whole time
Dad brought me up here. Walked over the cache a few times then dad gave me a hint whilst being watched by the sheep. Thanks
Staying at Kuitpo for a few days and went for a trip to Seaford today so had to find a couple of caches while we were there. This one was a good little detour on the wayh home. Lovely spot with great views and a sneaky hide. TFTC
Bloody awesome geocache. Had us going for a while! And that was five sets of eyes!!
A nice stroll down the road (was a bit wet and muddy for my vehicle) and the find was made. Thanks for the great sized container. About a dozen members of the local mob (kangaroos) watched me make the find. TFTC. 18/06/2016, 2:05 PM Find #2303
Wow, an awesome find after a tasty amazing lunch at Coriole and wine tasting at Oliver Tarangas, highly recommend both and this clever hide!
