Should have read the previous log entry...yes, unfortunately this cache is inaccessible due to building site barricades all the way around the park. Seems the park has been sold off! It is/was one of the few parks in our area where you could run your dog without a leash.
Went looking for this one when I was nearby for work. The park has barricades all around it and will soon turn into a servo + other buildings.

Along the road on my way back to work, I stopped for this cache. Not much parking about, so I just managed to squeeze myself behind another car for a few minutes. I walked over to GZ reading the description and was expecting a quick find. BUT...after a search of GZ, I was unable to find the cache. I went to the logs and then the hint to help. With the hint in mind, I expanded my search, until I saw something that gave the hide away. Found cache and while log is folded up, there is enough room to SL. Replaced and walked back to the car. Just to note my Oregon had GZ at a whopping 14 metres away and I couldn't work out why the cache was placed here, considering what it was. But a smiley is just that TFTC.

Found it relatively easily with the help of the clue... gps was off. Might replace the log later on. Left a present.
One of Mr Ozjeeper's best mates worked here for many years until his group relocated to another area. We spent a long time at the tree at the posted coordinates without any success before we used the hint. A second search began (some 10 metres away from the published coords) but we still failed to find the container. We spent so long searching that we were finally approached by a security guard who wanted to know what we were doing!
Nice quick find today when we stopped to have a very late lunch whilst traveling.
This was a case of having driven past here many times with out ever stopping (had no reason to before , and hidden from the road by the trees it was surprisingly restful.
The log is soaking wet and the log from 6/3/2011 has duplicated itself several times.
Had trouble signing log, but eventually managed.... signing carefully .
Didn't have time to dry log, but also didn't have anything to dry it with.
After the rain experienced over the last 24hours I think anything outside would be soaked.
TFTH. Sometimes finding a cache is like having a vitamin tablet...gives you a boost
P.S.There is a "For Sale" sign up on the corner of the park...hope the park itself isn't going to be sold for more industrial/commercial concrete buildings.

I agree with some cachers, I found it (with the hint) 11m away from coords!! The log is soaking wet

Found this ok. Scroll was wet so i dryed it with a blowtorch from my ute. Nice and dry now.
Easy find. Log was completely soaked through. Let it sit for a while to dry in the sun. Zip lock bag maybe? The Search Party has the answers.
An empty park today, but lots of big red trucks nearby. Hide was a bit out of sight for GeoKids, but with a boost one of them grabbed it. TFTC.
Stopped for an unplanned cache, as it popped up on the screen as I was driving past and was too good an opportunity to miss. Arrived at GZ but nothing clicked, so I read the clue and wandered over to the most likely spot and had the cache soon after. Hve never seen that many fire-engines in one spot before, all nice and shiny too! Thanks for the cache nuggetnose.

Second ever cache and a very short walk. Found very quickly and signed log. Thanks
I read the logs as I arrived at GZ and figured I needed to read the hint to save some time - so many trees etc to choose from.
Read the hint and took a logical guess as to which area to look, about 10M off from where I was standing.
Found easily when in the right spot.
Thanks.

Found on the way home after a weekend of poker.
I have travelled past here a few times & not been able to drop in, so today was the time to drop in.
My GPS was way off & there were many option in the area.
I found it about 15m away from the co-ords & put it back where I found it.
Maybe my co-ords will help others too.

Have spent much time searching here before to no avail. This time found quickly
We have been here before and spent ages looking to no avail, Today we returned and found it is seconds. Hot stash.
Nice easy find along the way to dinner in Belfield. No muggers or redbacks in sight. Needs new log.
Took a while to find but got there in the end. See why it's called 'The Hot's'. There was a muggle walking his dog but thankfully no muggers!

This was a good cache. nice hide. easy find. tftc added new paper beacuse logt book was full.
GPS co-ords took us to the wrong wall, but common sense led us to the rightful location and cache was found quickly. Log book is full and needs replacing. TFTC
Geomum and I had attempted this just last week but there were too many people around, after dropping the geonanna off today after Christmas lunch we thought we would give it another go and geomum found it.
The log needs to be replaced.

More of a run out of time with this one as we waited for pumper 064 to put out a small fire on the midden strip.
that's a lovely picture in the hint - but helped me find the cache pretty quickly.

Our 1st cache today! Looked in the right place initially; missed it! Then followed the GPS and ended up in the wrong spot (although we did find the Blair Witch crosses!). Finally, re-started over, reading others logs and the hint... and finally found it!

We were in the area, so stopped by to give it another go. This time it took only a few minutes, and the cache was in hand. Neither of us can even begin to imagine why we didn't spot it before! Might have had something to do with those "Blair Witch Project" wooden crosses along the chain link fence last time. Yeah, that's it.... Sun shinning and the weird, creepy crosses gone; we signed the log, and replaced the cache as found. Thank you for sharing this interesting (and now normal ) area, and for the cache nuggetnose!
Only one I got today, fail on the old and possiblly muggled #39 Trolls Delight and Dogs Breakfast. Pretty easy but a number of Fire Type people to avoid.

Never knew the firees had this place - lots of toys for them to play with. Nice hide nuggetnose and TFTC.

As others have noted not too hard to find but the co-ordinates seem a bit out. Kids would love this, fire trucks galore. TFTC
Had one lone process worker to wait for while he finished his smoko..... Other than that, a reasonably easy find, but still had to scan the "area indicated by the clue" for about 15m to find it.
TFTC.
Being in Sydney for a fire conference, I wasn't sure what this cache was named after until I got here and found a lot of familiar vehicles.
As I approached GZ there was a group of workers in the nearby factory having smoko, then the whistle went and they went back inside. A quick find and it was about 7m out on my GPSr. TFTC.

Found on the great Top Gear tour with Geo-uncle Lat & Long Junkie. Found the co-ords out by about 7-10m, but the clue pointed us to the obvious spot. TFTC
Easy find after reading the hint. TN/LN/SL and went off to find somewhere cooler to cache.
Once we read the hint we quickly found the cache, otherwise the GPS was insisting it was 10m away in the trees. Cheers Gav [2814]
Found this one with Moneydork, Tofska and Rediguana during our Australian caching holiday.
We looked for quite a while, and finally resorted to decrypting the hint. That sent us to a seemingly logical area, but still no dice. When a smoker was being a sticky beak, we decided to take off. Hope to give this one another go one day. Thanks for sharing this interesting area nuggetnose!
Driving past on a windy Monday night, haven't been caching for a while so time to go looking. Found lots of cache guardians of the 6 legged clue kind. They're all looking very healthy, but thankfully weren't too protective of the cache itself. Signed the log and then off to look for another.
TNLNSL, thanks for the cache,

Easy find and area quiet except for factory workers lunching nearby. Cache is not right on the GZ according to the two devices I had on hand, however it should not take too much searching to find.
On the way back to the Airport after a weeks caching in Aus and this popped up along side the road so we had to stop.
[A nice little hide found in the dark by the light of a mobile phone. TFTC]....and real cockroaches to boot...
[ After missing the turn into the street and having to do a long detour, it was great to get a quick find on this little fellow......but as usual muggles were about, including pesky mugglepups! SL TFTC]
A few caches on my trip to sydney... I didn't spot this on my first scan.. but a more detailed look revealed the hiding spot.

My first one looked for - and found. A good beginner's cache, the clue was very helpful.
Fairly quick find once I looked at the hint. Nobody about in the park today. TNLNSL, thanks nuggetnose.

#575. Last cache on our short visit to the big smoke. Once we looked at the clue we changed our GZ and found the cache.
Always good to go back and nail a previous no find! Had a quick run at it on the way back to Newcastle from Wollongong, armed with the clue this time. A good thing too, as the not so trusty etrex was leading me to almost the same spot as last time. Ended up ignoring the etrex and just going off the clue, a good thing too as GZ was 28m from where the etrex said it was.
Thanks for the hunt.
Thanks for the hunt.
Last cache for the day. Great fun as the sun was setting and the torch was in Adelaide. Fireman Hurlte would love this cache. In fact he would probably have access right.
GPS went from leading straight to GZ to almost a 180dg spin about. Found what we thought would be the cache only to attract the attention of muggling workers on the other side of the fence on smoko,.... dont they know its bad for them???
Youngest geodaughter found cache but nowhere near where the GPS said it would be.

Found mainly with the wall clue as co-ords were out by ten odd metres - at least with our GPS.
Had an interesting DNF at night- security guard from next door enquired with geo dad left in the car then us poor cachers however in any case that didn't help the find and we were on our way again without success. Plenty of cockroaches around!!
in retrospect, I should have paid more heed to the hint, but GPS was about 25m away from where the hint suggested and the hint wasn't conclusive about the location either. After a loooong weekend decided to pull stumps.
Muggles with swords about, but they were behind trees which allowed us to get in and out fairly quickly.
Found by Mary & David at 1705. A quick one again. Luckily, nobody about on the other side of the nearby fences. The reason for the cache name became obvious at GZ. TNLN. Our thanks again to nuggetnose.

The significance of the title became apparent as I approached the park that's home to this cache. When an initial search failed to turn up the cache I resorted to the hint, which indicated a point about 10m from where I began my search. Moving to the hint area rapidly yielded a find. Certainly a very large 'hot zone'.
As I walked towards GZ, the GPS suddenly changed direction away from its initial area. I followed the GPS and checked around where it was pointing. It moved around a bit and I followed it, checking as I went. Eventually it pointed back to where it did initially, and this is where I found it. Thanks for the cache.
This took a bit of searching for. The clue helped narrow the search radius. I now also understand the name of the cache. While I was searching a group of men were dressed in medievel dress and playing jousting games.
