17-Dec-13
Looked all over but didn't have any luck.

16-Dec-13
The owner of this cache needs to make sure it's still there. It hasn't been found in a while and the area looks like it's crumbling apart.

23-Nov-13
No luck for me today...searched what I thought were the logical places...mmmm...will have to come back another day.

Nice little reserve Smile

14-Nov-13
GPS was jumping all over the place.

14-Nov-13
could the owner of this cache please confirm if it still exist please?? the whole area seems like it's getting demolished with fallen trees everywhere...

13-Oct-13
We must not have had our cache goggles on as we couldn't find this one anywhere. GPS kept playing havoc in the thick bush.

30-Sep-13
Re assembled! Nice walk

08-Sep-13
Easy find. Found by the most junior member of the team. Almost got muggled by a couple walking their dog. [^]

25-Aug-13
Quick stop on my way to pick up my daughter after a sleep over, having trouble spotting a likely location then saw the cache.

28-Jul-13
As we were wanting to grab the trackable from this associated to the Two-Factor puzzle, we attempted this last week, however in the dark of the night. Unfortunately, torch lights weren't doing the job, and after a bit of searching, we weren't able to find it.
We returned this weekend, and are definitely now kicking ourselves, because in the broad daylight, the cache was sticking out like a sore thumb!! Signed the log, and grabbed the necessary TB and recovered slightly better.

TFTC Smile

17-Jul-13
Dad had had a quick look for this one about a year ago on the way to a job but ran out of time before he could locate it.
This time he had some help in the form of 9yo and 5yo. As usual the GPS would not play ball under the trees but after searching a couple of likely spots on the wrong side of the track we tried the other side. Dad spotted it, and 9yo raced him in to the trees to claim the find. We left the travel bug where it was as we have already done the two-factor cache.

28-Apr-13
Had dropped son of at friends on Friday and done other caches in the bush, but had run out of time for this cache. Came back to pick him up today, and find this cache.
Cache wasn't covered and lid was off. Cache full of water. Emptied, ensured lid was on and covered on leaving but need a good clean out. TFTC

19-Apr-13
Simple find

28-Mar-13
Enjoyed the walk out to this cache from doing the others in the area. Took a few minutes to spot though after looking in all the wrong places. Finally, found what i was looking for and fairly obvious too, not sure how i missed spotting it earlier! Opened the logbag and felt something crawling all over my hand - what looked to be a sheetweb spider about 5cm long. Wasn't able to sign the log as my pen decided it wasn't going to work anymore so took a photo as evidence of finding. Container has lost a corner so thats how the spider would have got in and made himself at home. TFTC! Big GrinBig Grin

24-Mar-13
Container has a hole in the side so needs replacing and some camo (also has a large eight-legged inhabitant Surprised)

24-Mar-13
This one took a bit of hunting, gps was all over the place. Was about to give up when I wandered over the other side of the track and there it was....and it was quite obvious! As per other logs, there is a hole in the side of the container, so as I'm quite petrified of spiders, decided to pick up the log from the top, and pass the cache back to Mr to have a rummage. Sure enough rather a large beasty hiding in the container Twisted. CO needs to repair. tftc

16-Mar-13
Last find of the day for us, after having a good wander through the bush out here. Took a while for the GPS to point us in the rite direction, and after waiting for some muggles to pass by, evilno9 dived into the bush, and came out with the find. Seemed to be quite exposed, so covered it well, and headed back to the car. TFTC

16-Mar-13
Last one of the afternoon for us and we were in bit of a hurry but decided there was enough time left to go for one more. Waited for the GPS to decide which side of the track to send us and once it settled down it was a nice quick find. Nice walk out here in the bush today - TFTC

16-Mar-13
Enjoyed the bush walk to GZ and the view from the lookout on the way back. As previously mentioned, the cache is broken and in need of some TLC. TFTC.

19-Feb-13
Nice easy find on a Tuesday afternoon, after an early shift at work. TFTC.

14-Feb-13
TFTC. This cache definitely needs maintenance though! Contents very damp, mouldy and roach infested. Broken container in plain sight.

19-Jan-13
Cache is there but the container is broken. Even found a bug inside. Moreover, the cache was spotted very open. We tried to hide and camo it better but it's simply to big for that location so close to the path.

09-Jan-13
Walking around for ages and didn't seem to find it. The phone GPS was going crazy and the Mosquitos were ripe!! Have Mosquito Spray!!!!

08-Jan-13
Smile My first geocache find! I walk in this reserve frequently and never knew there was hidden treasure until I joined GCing. Left a piece of notepaper in a ziplock bag as a temporary log until the notebook dries out.

31-Dec-12
Went out for a walk this morning and just grabbed my smarty phone. Checked what wasn't found around me and headed off for another cache. This one I had to pass as I was heading to the one I originally had in mind (which I didn't end up going after in the end). Phone's GPS was all over the place was glad the hint was very specific. It was a case of hidden in plain sight. It was the biggest 'small' container I have come across! Everything was soaking wet, logs and swag. I was able to make my mark and grab a TB. Thanks for this cache in a gem of a place.
Day 95 of streak.

09-Dec-12

Looked like this one needs a bit of maintenance. It was very wet in the container. The reserve is wonderful. Unexpected little haven of peace and quiet.

23-Apr-12
Took a while trying to figure out which direction from the sign I had to go. There wasn't many options so it was soon discovered.

Found on our way home from the "Round the Bays" charity fun run. Parked nearby and run back to GZ. The geoflage was quickly spotted from the path and the container was rerived a moment later.

The logbook is wet and it was difficult (but not impossible) to sign. The wooded aree was full of bird song and provided a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

15-Jan-12
Found by Tap Team of Ellerslie, NZ. Contents of box quite damp, including log book. It is still salvageable.

Exchanged a hookless fishing lure for a marble. I love these hidden urban parks. Thanks for the cache!

09-Jan-12
Found the cache together with Ellen, Hannah and Stella. There were enough goodies to trade! Unfortunately though there was a lot of water in the cache and because of that a few of the goodies are in bad condition. We dried everything as well as we could and we put all the goodies in a plastic bag we carried with us. So they should be alright a bit longer.
Furthermore the bag containing the logbook was also a bit wet and the logbook and information paper are both a bit soggy. We could not repair that.
I was expecting to find the TB "Slugging around the world" (TB22ATE), I would have liked to have taken it with me back to the Netherlands, 18153.2 km from "Frankly it's a walkway". But alas, it was no longer in the cache. This while the last logging was somewhere in November 2011....
Also did not find in the cache the TB "Geckoh's Travel Coin" (TB23J5H), but apparently it goes by the TBcode HG03HE (when I typed that last number in on the geocaching site it went to " Geckoh's Travel coin" page, I left it in the cache.
Did find the Old Keys TB (TB272CK), took that with us.

TFTC!

Cool The first cache for the Awesome Foursome, kids enjoyed the find.
Initial search found a great hidey hole but no cache - a search on the other side of the track revealed the cache (well hidden for its size).

08-May-11
Found second attempt, after reading notes about coords being off. extended the search area until we found something suspicious, and hey presto- the great sized cache was in hand. left TB. TFTC

07-May-11
Coords for this cache were around 8m out for us. However a good hint from LostCourse put us on the right course. Still had a bit of searching to do until the cache was finally spotted. Container in good condition and all dry inside. TFTC and finally a smiley for it.

Back in Kepa Reserve this evening. Had hoped to do all three last evening but the failing light in the bush setting put stay to those plans. This time I was a little earlier in the evening, and bought the torch just in case. This time the GPS was more in alignment with the hint provided. I was confident of making the find and dove into a little bush-waking either side of the track. Was eventually pointed into an area with some recently chopped down branches. Here I spotted something any cacher would recognize. Well, the biggest cache I have found to date--and well stocked too! Signed the log and grabbed the TB. Cheers for my Lord Nelson (#111) cache!

Hi there

This very popular cache needs some TLC. Back soon as we can clean and restock Smile

12-Apr-10
found this one no problem...the elephant tracks led us right to the spot Wink. The cache is still very wet, dried it out and wiped away as much water as we could. Log book is probably holding in a lot of internal moisture. Dropped in a few clean toys and trinkets for future finders. TFTC.
