Same as the previous log about two velcro strips that all we found...check it out please. Thanks.
As this one is gone and the Silos have been completed, I'll Archive it.
Thanks for all of you that have uploaded photos.

we're pretty sure that we understood the clue and located 2 strips of velcro under the last one on the left - with nothing attached to the velcro....seemed an odd place to have velcro unless planted by a fellow geocacher!
Easy driveby. Hope they do not add any more. Thanks to The Barramundi's for the cache. The log sheet was a little damp but useable but we placed it in a new plastic bag.
Easy drive by cache on a hot day
Not so busy a road so great place to look for cache without worrying about motorists

Nice hide Bag is torn however and may need replacing as the log is getting wet!

Found in the obvious spot!!! Thanks for bringing nme back to an area i used to haunt years ago!!! Some great fishing spots nearby!! TFTC
TomTom led me up Pelican Point Rd in an attempt to find 'Ligt Passage'. I pulled up at the end of the road to work out another route... 'Hey what's that on the GPSr?' I'd stopped within 2m of this cache without even trying.
Down this way with a mate who was not to keen on caching but this is one the few for the day that was allowed to do.tftc
Dunno why I was in the bushes by the fence. Knew I should have gone to the first option.
Cache had lost its lid, was damp and a bit rusty. Replaced container with another of the same kind, gave it a quick paint job and attached to GZ slightly different but still same spot and just as effective. All good now.

We were on a roll and found this one easily although had to drop it when spider started crawling out of it. Eww Signed the slightly damp log, put it in a new ziplock bag and put it back where we found it, hope fully the spider won't go back inside.
We too lived in this area fup until a year or so ago, and I often made the trip down here to see on the progress of these silos. Today we came for a different reason and was not dissapointed.
SL - TFTC. Lid is definitely gone, may need a new bag too.

Tooo easy. I watched the construction of the silos from the other (river) side. Was never quite sure what they'd look like until they finished. Bit of a large landmark now. TNLNSL Thanks The Baramundi's
Hi easy find as you say .. the lid is missing and papers damp .. As i work that way i could replace if you like me to ?

Might also add that the lid is missing, logbook was really damp and the ink from someone's stamp has soaked through it. Would have replaced it but don't like mints of that variety. Cheers from notentirelysure85.
An evening of caching while on a visit it see the Queen Mary II Ship arrive into Outer Harbour - This was an easy find on a desserted road. TFTC
Boxer has been watching the progress of these silos through the in-house magazine of the company he works for (same one that buillt the silos). He doesn't send grain here though - it all comes by rail.
Thank you for the journey and the destination. Outer Harbour is not really on the way to anywhere for us.

Found it in the company of FPN. Easy find. Silos are now complete, so took a photo for you to see. TFTC.
Thank you to everyone that took photos of the Silos. It was an interesting building project not often seen.

Hint made sense once we got there. GeoSon found after side-tackling GeoDaughter to the ground a little over zealous. TFTC
We were heading to the nearby Excelsior, obviously the wrong approach to that one. Grabbed this one while we were here. TNLNSL TFTC
Found this one on my weekend tour. Weather was bad today but a geocacher don’t care Another new long caching day in your beautiful country. TFTC Greetings from Germany
Having never been out this way it was great to see something new.
Silos look fantastic against a dark sky.
No worry about muggles out here on a weekend .

A quick and easy find after a day at the beach [^] The local boys on their motorbikes were having a ball along this stretch of road SL TFTC
Thought we could drive up to the other caches along this road but didn't realise it was a dead end. But alls well that ends well when there is a cache to be found.

We had to wait for a learner driver to finish practising parking on the side of the road right at GZ before we could move in for an easy find.
The Gangsters (The Rats, Big Matt & Shell, Farmer Frentzen and Steeba) found this cache as part of our record breaking run around Adelaide.
A quick find as we made our way around.
Thanks for being part of the hunt.

Ha ha. Nice one Barra. I was going to go and do some of the other caches nearby but they blocked the regular road out here and I have to leave a reason to return someday so I turned around and headed back. So today, this was the end of the line.
An amazingly remote and barren area, yet so close to the city and with just as amazing evidence of civilisation in the wierd looking silos. Took platypus hatpin and left anti-smoking keyring.
Thanks for bringing us out this way.

The silos are pretty much complete now.
Took a photo to show the finished product.

An easy find, after faking some photo op, for the sake of muggle security gaurds.
A quick grab, quick sign, quick replacement.Job done.

After attending the Premiers Thankyou Luncheon for the Victorian Bushfire volunteers, I headed down towards Outer Harbour to finish off what I started yesterday.
Yes they are silos and you could see the cache as you drove up. TFTC.

Found with Kiwi Explorer and The Wonderstuff from NZ on our Victoria and South Australia caching adventure.
Had to park across in front of this for a stealthy retrieval as there was a muggle in a car nearby. He was more interested in watching elsewhere than watching us thankfully.

Found while on a caching road trip with Konie and The Wonderstuff. A quick find, thanks.
Found on the way home after having a bo peek at the cruise ships, worked around here while the silos where being built, they put them up so far then nothing happened for nearly a year before they pulled them down to rebuild them, looks like they are near finished now TFTC
Find 407 without a GPS at 9.30am
Right where Google Earth indicated it would be.
The silo construction appears to be 8 large and 2 small silos almost complete.

There was a ute parked some distance off to the right with someone watching us when we pulled up, so we parked between him and the cache, and Mrs O got out to quickly retrieve. Everything in this area just seems *big*! TFTC.
All completed but forgot the camera. huge pipe to the docks as well. I feel like an ant next to these. Cheers TFTC
Just 1 of our 32 for today. Was out of the car for only a matter of seconds.

With the co-ords pretty spot on, this one was found quickly. Interesting area I have never been to before. TNLN, TFTC.
Had headed North along the coast for an evening drive, so thought we'd take this road to see where we ended up. Alarm on the GPSr went off, so we then stopped for a quick cache hunt.
Hopping out the car Mrs C said "Try there" (we didn't know the size, nor have read the hint) and it was. I thought it might have been elsewhere.
Spent awhile extracting the log (cursing the previous finder - but then read later they had an equally bad time extracting it, and we couldn't make it any easier for the next cacher either). Just as Mrs C found the tweezers in her handbag I finally managed to get it out.
Silos were nicely lit at night so we took a photo.

Looks like the construction is all complete now. The hardest part was getting the logbook out .

After a fairly lengthy search in fading light, we found it. Some of the comments from previous finders helped with this one.
Found the cache at 3.40pm. Easy found it and SL. Thanks The Barramundi's for organising the cache and hunt.
This one was easy to find but the perfomance was hilarious. One of the females found it complete with resident black spider - Loved the dance Ann-Marie!!! Was that singing or squealing? LOL. Signed log, took photos.
An easy drive-by, but the silos are interesting. I did take photos and will upload them soon. An interesting construction technique.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thought there might be a bit of a walk involved here as our UBD maps showed the road stopping some distance away. Turned out to be the simplest of drive bys although we had to wait for a learner driver muggle and her mother to kangaroo hop their way out of here.
As to the silo's they don't appear to progressing too fast' Fair bit of rust on the unpainted and welded sections which makes me think things are happening rather slowly.
Did see a few workers about though.
Thanks for bringing us to this interesting place.

A quick find on our brief tour of Outer Harbour caches tonight. Sorry, we tried for a photo of the silos but it was never going to work at midnight on a moonless night! TFTC!
My very first hunt, needed a 6 year old grandchild to find it. He was very exited with his find. A good hunt.
This was almost a driveby without leaving the van! Someone had to get out in the end though Cheers Gav [1604]
Found on our nice relaxing drive up the coast. The silos are still being constructed. I imagine the construction team would be getting very good at it by now after all that practice! Many thanks
