On arrival at the final WP here today, the search was immediately narrowed down due to the lack of hiding spots, but I came up empty handed. Then read the clue, which confirmed my initial thoughts were most likely correct. Some "clown" (for want of a better word) has removed the cache and the camo, which was confirmed after a phonecall to the CO. Very disappointing. Logging with permission from the CO, and my thanks still the same to Romax, who never cease to provide the caching community with anything less than fantastic hides, puzzles, interesting journeys, Multis, and sheer enjoyment in hunting. Adding a fave.
Brought the geopup and had a great run on the oval today. Thanks Romax for another well constructed adventure
Visited here and found the local authorities nearby works had seriously interfered with wpt 1, which has now been repaired, and a small issue at GZ has also been attended to!
Many thanks to our visiting geo friends who brought this to our attention.

In Bendigo for a few days to add some smileys on as many mysteries, multi's and a few traditionals. Plus a few caches needed for my A to Z challenge.
The suscoe cachers and the ageing Bushfire have the full range of caching gear with the exception of the kayaks and the wheels to get us to most locations, carrying all the technical gear you could think of.
The title of this cache is very apt due to it's previous life but you would never know and the owners and their four legged friends seem to love it so every body are winners including us cachers being able to find another well hidden cache.
Thanks to Romax for placing this guy.

Well this was going to be a day out finding some of the caches that have been on the list for a while and a couple of new ones.
We were in the great company of Bushfire today as we were enjoying the delights of a late Winter visit to Bendigo
After having visited here a few days ago with no luck we had a chat to Romax about what we found and didn't find.
Thanks to Romax for following this up so quickly so that today we could enjoy finding this Multi.
A delightful area which seems very popular with canine friends.
The cache was located and the log signed.

Found at night with ronnienash and one of the members of Mobiledaws. As someone else mentioned the second waypoint is somewhat overgrown. The two others were searching for sometime before I had look and soon found what we needed. Found the finale quickly after seeing a similar type of hide. TFTC.
This was our last morning caching in Bendigo before making our way back to Adelaide via Horsham and Francis caching along the way. Wasnt a bad total with 45 finds for the day. Could have been more but had some trouble early with DNF's on micros.
Found the camo on the ground and the log sheet gone - replaced the log sheet and replaced the camo. TFTC.

plenty of geostrips at waypoint 2 and the third took soom time also took a coin
Found first WP easily, but WP2 was a little overgrown so took a little while to find.We haven't been geocaching for a while so I think we are a bit out of practice as the cache had us troubled for quite some time. Clever hide.
You are never sure with these until you have the prize in your hands. This one is a particularly nice example. Good stuff Romax [^] Clear skies from TeamAstro.
First for the day! On a visit to Bendigo area for the weekend & back to Melbourne today! Very nice hide in a nice park. You sure can't tell it's past history from what it looks like now!

We've come to Bendigo today for the Easter Fair & to do some caches as well. We're not bright sparks yet when it comes to multi caches but thought we'd give this one a go. So got coords at the 1st point then walked over to get coords for the cache so walked over to where we thought it was but looks like we goofed as it took us in an open area with no cache! Tee hee hee maybe we'll start multi caches in 5yrs from now!
Very nice hide in a very nice park. You sure can't tell it past history from what it looks like now.
There were hundreds of Galahs on the oval not worried about this Galah walking all over.
Took a souvenier to show my kids something that they have not seen or used before. TFTC

I found the first wpt as soon as I arrived. Could not find the 2nd wpt....everyone else found it easy, why am I so silly??
Found with CooPzZ at lunchtime. Pretty easy for a Romax hide. Nice spot though. Cheers!
Well out for lunch.. expecting a little harder than that. But enjoyed the place to catch up with me mate.
Found with Team Crackers on the way to the Bendigo event.

After a bit of a search at WP1, we found what we needed. Then on to WP2, we soon had what we needed to find GZ.
Off to GZ I soon new where the cache was, but needed hubby to retrieve.
Another sneaky hide. Looks like Romax has taken a leaf out of Silver Dices book.

Brilliant Fiendish Even an evil hide Typical Romax hide, one of their best. A Romax 2 star difficulty is a 4/5 star elsewhere - these guys are good, clever and thought provoking. I love 'em. The co-ordinates are all easy to obtain but finding this cache is mind boggling.....but fun. Thanks. Took nothing but left my 4'n20 trinket.
Looked at the previous logas and found this one with ease. Bluey went straight for it without the GPS finally finding GZ. We were 15 metres out on the first WPT. Spot on the second and 3m out on the last. Damn satalittes. Tftc. Cheers Hobbo.
Cache find number 2!
OK, this one needed a little thought, but great fun - and really nice hiding place!
Took a few coins for the kids

Good hidden spot but watch out car park - muggles.... SL. Thanks Romax for organising the cache and hunt.
another hide by the king of caching this took a while but a previous clue from another log gives you a hint
After completing part of this cache with the AppleBees, we were looking for it, when it started to hail. We came back for anthor look and after a short search this one was found. Tom found this one.

Nice cache, Got the co-ords for the final location pretty quickly, but it took me a little while to find the hiding spot. Then I noticed something and thought "Aren't those things normally on the other side" (it makes sense once you have found the cache). I love caches like these, because they make you think.
Signed the log and took a 1c piece (there's still plenty there).
Thank you for the cache.

This cleverly hidden cache was quite tricky! Hanseeka Husband was the one with the idea, Jonti was the one to open it and I got to sign it! Thanks for the hide Romax, did not know this place was there nice for a family day, caching has shown how little I know of the town I was raised in! The goodies in the cache reminded me of the good old days of mixed lollies!

This one proved a challenge for us. At first attempt with savage searchers got caught in the rain which turned into hail so had to abandon search that time. Returned at a later date with The Easts and had to get help from team boofa reassuring us that we were indeed in the right spot. Very clever indeed.

10.00am.well 10.500 miles to travel around the world to be escorted around bendigo by Phetlern to see some quality caches by Romax, now does that start of this log make your day? we parked up for a short walk finding the clues easily, then went past the dryish dam, then i was pointed out kangaroo droppings, well we dont get so many now in england! we also met a very overweight little dog but i did not say anything to the owner, english australian diplomacy?i was being watched again by Phetlernt and managed to surprise him again with another quick find, yet another 10 out of 10 cache.i see what feathertop.oenze and maccamob mean now.thanks you for this cache.sltn.patandjeff=bones1.
On our first attempt we found the location full of muggles, so we decided to return at a quieter time.
On our secong attempt, we looked and rechecked the coords and still found nothing.
We came home and read the logs and thought about it and figured there was only one logical place to look.
On our third attemp, we went straight to it and after a little persuasion had the cache in hand. We had even touched it on previous attempts!!

Our first day out hunting and we had no clue at first. Thank goodness we didn't give up and thank goodness for BigWoofa's creative thinking, which eventually led to our second ever find.
Had to sit around for a bit while teen Muggles hit a golf ball up and down before we made the retrieval, but they weren't taking any notice of us anyway.
Very clever hiding spot. Now we know what we're in for!!!
Souvenired a coin, thank you very much. Enjoyable.

Awesome cache, lots of good work put into making this one. We enjoyed the hunt and were impressed with the construction of the final. Picked up the geocoin to move west and snagged a 1c coin for a young Dragonfreys coin collection. Thanks for an excellent cache.
This one was an impressive cache, a lot of work and thought has gone into this one, thanks for your efforts Romax. We and the Dragonfreys enjoyed it a lot.
We found our 18th Romax cache at 12:15pm as the 3rd of 15 on Day 1 of our "Where'd Bendy Go?" long weekend. Another piece of Romax brilliance of which we enjoyed finding both the waypoints and the final GZ. We swapped over some geocoins. Thanks for the cache from D, H & A B-A.
Finally found our first multi cache. Scratched our heads at final waypoint for some time. Eventually found it. Great hide. Took 1cent for 9yo geocacher. Thanks.
Found by Ray and Maya at 3:50PM on the 25th of March as we return home after a Square Dance function in Swan Hill over Easter. We went well 'till GZ, then our good run evaporated. GZ took a lot of searching, and a small hint from ROMAX. We should have been able to find it un-aided. We need to do more of ROMAX's caches, we've lost touch. We took a Singapore coin and left a US dime. Thanks ROMAX, from The Nomads.
We pulled up here to find a young family playing cricket nearby but we were able to retrieve the numbers from wpt 1 with no problems at all. We headed off to wpt2 and for some reason it took us a little bit longer to find the numbers here. We then headed off to gz which unfortunately was in plain view of the family still playing there so we wandered back to the car and had a bite to eat while waiting for them to finish. Fortunately after about 15 minutes the youngest child had had enough of the hot sun so they packed up and left the park. We again followed the GPSr to gz having full confidence with the accuracy of Romaxs coordinates. We started our search in an area that we might have discarded and the cache was in hand not long after. What else can we say but we love Romax caches
Took nothing and left two geocoins
Thanks again Romax for another great cache hunt

Just like a previous log, we re-checked waypoint 2 as it seemed incorrect. Took a moment to stop and think, and then between us came up with the cache and how to retrieve it.
Wonderful!
Thanks Romax.
(didn't take a coin as I already have a small collection of old 1 & 2 cent pieces which, as I'm sure you really want to know, make excellent curtain weights.)

Arrived at the first waypoint on a warm Bendigo afternoon, to see a family of muggles in bathers coming up from the dam! They must have been keen.
First waypoint was located after a short search, and the second soon after. Alas, the GPSr was point me at a very unlikely spot at GZ, so I returned to the second waypoint to check coordinates, only to find out the ones I had entered were correct! Hmmm. Back to GZ again, and after a brief search another Bendigo gem was discovered.
Thanks Romax!

Found at 3.10pm GAFF1. 30th cache of our H & A Bendigo Weekend. Stumbled on the information needed after widening our search at WPT1 – then WPT2 was easy. Got to GZ and we picked the hiding spot after a few minutes, but didn’t actually retrieve the cache as it was not in our power to do so! After a lot questioning whether we were doing the right thing, c-pprass revisited the hiding spot and this time revealed all. Another nice hide. Thanks Romax. tn/ln.
I'm not sure what I did wrong but I got to go on a great stroll around the lake
Only after not finding the second waypoint did I try searching another seemingly obvious place and get back on track
The final cache hide was exquisite and retrievable under the noses of nearby muggles without them realising

Twentieth of twenty-four finds in company with acts2youthgroup on our third "clean up Bendigo" day. Acts2YG found the first set of numbers, and I found the second set. At GZ, I was checking traditional spots (silly me!) while Acts2YG found one of the best hides that either of us has ever seen. Another Romax masterpiece!
