walked past here on a bush walk this week with Outdoornut22 and came across this trig. The bush was pretty burnt in the last fires

quick run out here on a great winters day, we walk past here regularly for work and I thought surely someone maps and travels to these things and here I am with my first log
Track was a little rough but visible most of the way out, Trig still a little worse for ware but vane is still there

On a trigs wander day with rogerw3
A third walk on a high humidity day, this thankfully brief, along a single footpad lined with flowering pine and a variety of other mixed flora. The trig was found very much vandalised with graffiti, name plate removed with mast and vanes forlorn besides. There were the remains of the previous rock cairn scattered nearby.

Found today with the Champignon Blanc, sadly the mast and vanes have been torn down but are still at the base of the pedestal that in turn has been vandalized the name plaque has also gone.

Found on a touristy trip to Wisemans Ferry, St Albans, etc. Even though I was expecting a track I wasn't expecting one that is obviously used regularly although it was a little boggy today after all the rain. Nice easy trip to the trig. After taking the obligatory photos I decided to continue on the track to see where I went. Got to the top of the cliff-line before heading back as I had left all the hiking essentials, including water, in the car.

A well defined single-track leads directly there, approx. 800m from the road. A new concrete pillar has replaced the original cairn, the remains of which are still scattered in the bush. The vane looks one of the newer variety, but is detached, and resting beside the pillar. On the sandy sections of the track were footprints of a large variety of native wildlife which was nice to see. The trail continued beyond the trig, but I didn't follow it further, as I had other trigs to bag before sunset!
