Smallest trig so far... Stopped on walk along the coastline from Seaforth to the bridge

On our first ever visit to Bradley Head we checked to see if there were any GCA caches around and there was... 2! This one and the lighthouse. A short walk from where we parked the car and we found the ... pin in a rock? Guess that’s all it needs to be.

Found trig.
[Initially wrote short log because I wanted to log it before I forgot it. I can't remember my visit now but, being March, I would have been tripping around on one of a few ferry rides, stopping here and there to get some GCA caches. I'm sure the view was awesome. Haha]

Another day run to the big smoke with LuckyL10n....mainly for him to visit a friend in RNS, but after visiting hours, we hit the trail for a few caches before heading home....
Road was today (something to do with NYE I think) so it was brisk walk down to find the trig. Once at GZ it took me a good 5 minutes to spot the plug, but in the end all was good...I just had to walk back to the car.
Another trig location with fantastic views......

Found on a day caching with alnic & lachnic around Sydney and the harbour. Came over here for some caches and munzeeing. Found the trig hidden away. It must have been easier to spot a long while ago when first put in. Thanks for bringing us here to this interesting area

So used to seeing at least a concrete plinth...or something more spectacular...but this was the pin in rock...the way it should be I guess. great part of the city.

We took a quick diversion to here for the nearby GC virtual and this one. I wasn't sure what I was looking for until a check of past logs showed the answer right where Upoj was insisting the spot was at 12:15.
A wonderful historic spot.
Thanks Geocaching Australia.

#GA111 - 13:20; Found myself up in Sydney for the day as geoteen wanted to celebrate her birthday with a trip to Luna Park and a bit of late night Sydney shopping. After dropping the geoteen and friend at said amusement facility, the geohoney and I made our way around to pick up some long solved puzzle caches and do some shopping. Arrived at Bradley's Head and picked up the GC Virtual, a solved puzzle and took in the sights too, before grabbing this trig point. TFTC GA

So frustrated with the nearby DNF I nearly forgot to log this one until I stumbled on the photo again! Found this VERY old Trig once I knew what I was looking for easily enough. No one around today after dropping Zhaoy at the zoo

Found this one while looking for the nearby virtual cache. Good to see something rather historical still sitting there. Bring back the cannons!
Don't forget to look in the tunnels nearby.

it is always great to see an old Trig Station, this one going back to before 1895, the sandstone block the plug is on seem to still be part of the live rock and not likely to move ever, well until the Moreton Fig next to it decides to sink a few more roots!

Found this old, worn rock, about 20cm square, under a big, old fig near one of the cannon emplacements. The copper pin is in good condition, protected by its verdigris. Most of the stonework here dates to around 1870. It would be interesting to know whether the trig is related. My final long-average coords agreed exactly.
