We were staying in Mansfield on the way back home, so I had to find a few caches. The intent was to find the nearby GC traditionals, but I took a wrong turn and ended up at the top. The AWD Volvo handled the road very well, but I did have a few nervous moments. You certainly wouldn't do it with a 2WD or without a serious 4WD in the wet. Fortunately, the road was dry.

The location has some significance for me too, since I helped install radio equipment here a few years back.

I put the camera down to take the required photo with the phone and only notices the lack of the camera after having descended about 800m down the mountain. Not being game to turn the car around on the narrow track, I walked back up to the top to find the camera.
