An awesome afternoon was spent out yesterday climbing to two separate trig points! I've climbed this hill many times in the past, but today I was on a mission. I rode my bicycle in and locked it up just across the road from the caravan park. I then proceeded to take the most direct and steepest route up the hill. I'd almost forgotten how amazing the view was from the summit since last time I was up there. Things at the trig point have also changed. The big metal tripod is gone, just replaced by blue stakes. And they've installed a convenient bench for walkers to recover after the climb! After I took my photo here I moved on to Wylie Trig. An afternoon well spent!
