This window is in the dining room of the Belmond Grand Hotel Europe, in St Petersburg. The Hotel opened in January 1875 and I stayed there on a work trip in 2013 (before Belmond was added to the name). We arrived after 35 odd hours of travelling and they sat us down to a 5 course meal that we were all too tired to eat. Thanks for the memories!
