This virtual cache is confusing. The cache name indicates that we should have found a memorial to Hume & Hovell at the published coordinates. However, at the posted coordinates we found a monument to Captain Charles Sturt. We searched in a radius of about 50m but didn't find a memorial to Hume & Hovell. We looked at the photo posted by Tassie Trekkers and their photo is of the Sturt Memorial as well. So we too will post our photo of the Captain Charles Sturt memorial for this cache.
