I reserve 5 thumbs up for a special place that hurts to get there.
Old Joe, when combined with Gooroo Trig is a two hour five star.
The rain squalls passed over earlier in the day so I decided enough sitting around is enough sitting around. Left the dogs behind : ( and went straight at the south gully - 15 contours in half a K. I will sleep well tonight though the dogs still need walking.
Wind like you can only get on the summit of a winter wrapped Canberra Hill but I still built up a good sweat...
The trig is just over the fence on rural lease but as you can see, it is close enough to get a good pic.
Time to run across the ridge to find GOOROO.
While I will claim a *FTF* on this one it really belongs to Two Leg Drive.
