I've got a few photos of awesome ramshackle and rundown places, but can't lay my eyes on them right now, however, I did, fortunately, find this one among my snaps. This is located at Penrose (NSW). It's a little sad though seeing places in such disrepair when they could have been maintained and rented to people in need.
