I had wanted to go ballooning for many years, and had picked a significant birthday that ended in zero for the time to get this off my bucket list. However, several things transpired against me and it wasn't until almost 3 years later that I finally got to go up. The trouble with having exceptionally high expectations is that the reality doesn't always live up to them, so it wasn't quite as wonderful as I had hoped. But despite this, it was still a magical and spectacular experience. If I was ever lucky enough to go again I would have ugg boots on hand if the weather was chilly (the rest of me stayed relatively warm from the burner but my feet were frozen). Now on to the next bucket list item....
