Gallery of log for Olympic Ephemera
Hi caughtatwork
What better momento of the Olympic Ephemera than that of the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games Torch Run than the flame being "trekked" in action.
This photo is of my Dad carrying the torch for the said games on the road to Franklin from Huonville in Tasmania. An honour given Dad for his services to the sporting fraternity in the Huon Valley, specifically cricket amidst other community services that he constantly performed.
The torch was only used for the short period prior to it being used to lite the main flame in Sydney in 2000.
