I've previously found the cache near this TP and so I knew where to park and how to access the location. It was an easy stroll to GZ and then take the obligatory picture (with GPS) and a view across the city.
You should get a nice collection of pictures of the CBD against this cache.
Thanks to TeamGeoPlesk for finding and creating this cache listing at GCA. I will be finding as many TPs as I can for the views that you get from the top.
