When we saw this cache published we knew which turnstile we'd be using for our log and for once we didn't have to travel all over to find it. The heritage listed Nirvana Monument was built as a memorial by Alfred Perrott who lost his eldest son in WWI. He sectioned off the corner of his property to build the public war memorial. The turnstile has symbols of the army and navy worked into the handles.
