Knew it was just a matter of time before we got to log this. A huntsman in the house is a small price to pay for rain but hard to ignore when it's on the ceiling positioned directly over your pillow when you're about to go to bed. So armed with the broom relocation began but this was a really touchy spider. It leapt off the broom and disappeared. Knowing there's a spider hovering over your bed is one thing, knowing there's one but you don't know where is another. Finally spotted it ready for takeoff on my pillow. It was looking highly likely this bed wasn't going to be slept in but eventually managed to get it out the back door, not before it jumped off the pillow leg of the trip then numerous times off the broom.
