What a great idea, thanks Peter!! As it happens, it’s my birthday today and all I wanted to do was go caching... but of course I can’t!! You have made my day today... who would have thought I would be so happy as to find a mint tin!
It was lucky that I happen to have a full tin of mints in my car! In light of the time, I thought it appropriate to share my find with my contribution to Australia’s Bear Hunt. I’m not sure about you, but around my local area it has been great to see how many families are participating in the bear hunt around the local area.
For those who are not sure what the bear hunt is all about...Children across Melbourne are placing teddy bears in their front windows in a nod to the much-loved 1989 children's book, “We’re Going on a Bear Hunt”. The movement is adding smiles to the faces of little ones as they go for walks to beat the boredom of isolation during the coronavirus pandemic.
