One of my best memories of daylight saving (I say one of them as there were many great memories!) was my long 30km walk from Wentworth Falls station to McMahons Lookout. Lucky for me I did not have to do the 30km walk back as I had managed to convince thomo31 to come and pick me up from the lookout!
This was of course just before the devastating bushfires when the lake was at its lowest ebb for many years, would love to go back now to check out the fire damage and see the lake at full level.
