Gallery of log for A Path Tag with a Story !
I don't know if this qualifys but a few years ago I decided that I would get some pathtags made and to receive one you had to attend Bushfires 80th birthday event (GC7NKQQ) that was a surprise to me placed by my good geocaching mates the suscoe's including my NGW (Non geocaching wife) which was held in Waurne Ponds Highton Geelong.
You were not getting the Pathtag until the ageing bushfire fell off the plank and I hope that will be a few years down the track but we don't know when that will happen.
At this stage there is only one in the geocaching community which I presented to the lucky cacher who attended an event that I ran.
Every year a group of Geelong cachers run a Christmas Event on the second Saturday in December and this year which was the seventh annual lunch BBQ which was held in Queenscliff we had close to sixty teams attend so these guys have been added to the list.
So all the pathtags have been placed into envelopes ready for the final event (Bushfire falls off the plank) and then will be given to the cachers that have attended the two events and a few others that have requested one. I will post the overseas tags as I have their address's which are ready to go, need some stamps.
OH I forgot the St Arnaud Caravan park has one as I started them off on collecting pathtags after a visit a few years ago and then the last Victorian Mega was held in that great location which has the greatest collection of geocaches that I have had the pleasure of finding over the last fifteen years.
I will place the images which relate to this cache. Thanks FITZY_1965 for the cache.
