We use a TomTom for turn by turn navigation and for listing caches on the route.. Our HTC Windows Mobile is running GCZII for locating the cache and logging.
Preparation starts with combining GC and GCA gpx files in GSAK and outputing the data to TomTom POI format and GCZII gpx format.
On big cache outings we use two HTC mobiles to share the work load of logging finds while finding the next cache. We are pretty much paperless and can also download cache data to the HTC via 3G if we have not prepared the data before leaving home.
