Roger Taylor is the drummer from Queen. This is his second solo album Strange Frontier. Taylor is very prolific, having many solo albums, as well a as albums with his band The Cross throughout the 90s. A very talented multi instrumentalist. VERY underrated in many ways. He wrote quite a few of Queen's hits...but then, all four members of the band wrote hits.
