These trikes are the property of the Hobart City Council and are garaged at the Argyle Parking Centre, Argyle Street, Hobart, Tasmania. Meter Wardens use them to save the leather on the soles of their shoes when on duty. Shame they don't fall off sometimes, but the three wheels make that a little difficult! Just joking!!!
