Gallery of log for Emerald Beach Trig

27-Jun-23
Sophoutloud and I are on a bit of a road trip on our way to Lennox Head for a conference, it gave us an excuse to have a mini holiday and take a few days to get there. So for us that always means finding caches and trigs on our travels. This trip so far has been great as we have had the chance to visit a bunch of beautiful Northern New South Wales Beach towns. Being the off season they have been pretty quiet and even though it is June, much warmer than at home in the Hawkesbury. We pulled off the highway into Emerald Beach to find somewhere to pull up and make some lunch my diligent co pilot spotted this lovely short walk out to a view point and we took our lunch with us. Another great spot that juts out into the ocean and again we saw whales within about 100 meters which was quite spectacular. There were also a bunch of friendly Roos up here too. A quick snap and then back to the car to look for somewhere to spend the night
