An easy trigpoint to spot!

This red-coloured traditional trig is set very high on the Dight Street Reservoir in Richmond, and is very easy to see from far away. However, if you park right at the base of the reservoir, you can't see it very well at all.

I took a couple of photos from about 100 metres up Dight Street and will upload them when I get them off my iPhone camera in the next couple of hours.

The sun bothered me a bit and the trig didn't look quite as red as I expected. However, this might have been because of the angle and the sunlight . . .
