Had been meaning to log this one for awhile, but a couple of little gnomes hiding nearby finally provided a convenient excuse. We did the Silent Sentinel cache a couple of years ago when first beginning to cache, and it was a fantastic and memorable experience then as I had never been up here before. Since then I have visited this lovely, cute little lighthouse a couple of times and it's always such a great view. It has a feeling of seclusion even being so close to the busy highway. You feel above it all, close to the wind and sea. Never even noticed the trig mark before despite it being right there in plain view!
