Found this together with rogerw3 at the beginning of a major trig-hunting expedition in the area.

We walked in from Mona Vale Road on a service track under the power lines and located the concrete pedestal immediately. It's only about a 120 metres stroll to GZ.

Right next to the trig is a NSW Survey Permanent Marker, No. 39745.
